I understand you get what you pay for but this hotel didn’t even do the bare minimum (wiping stuff down and sanitizing). We originally had a top floor room but as you can see from the photos it was NOT clean. The towels were dirty (however the worker said it was burn marks from the dryer…so take what you wish from that) and there was throw up in the skirt of our bead. The new room they put us in was fine other than the roaches in the microwave (they immediately gave us a new one) When we got up to get breakfast the OJ/AJ was empty and your only options to eat was waffles (the batter was sour), toast, and oatmeal. So there is NO continental breakfast. Lastly the front seat wasn’t too friendly only the house keeping manager was nice and understanding.

If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. This location’s rooms are dirty, within being in the room for less than 3 hours we saw 9 roaches, only able to kill 6. The carbon monoxide alarm went off, as we had the ac on. There was black mold looking spots in the tub and outside edges near the tile.This location is a safety hazard for its guests. The staff is irresponsible, unprofessional and unhelpful. If we had stayed in that room for the night we could have possibly never woken up. Do not recommend for any cost.

BED BUGS!!!!! Flipped the cover back and seen multiple. We instantly left. Didn’t even think about a refund. So disgusting. RUN! DO NOT BOOK!!

5 Stars – Exceeded Expectations! I’ll be honest, I was a little worried based on some of the reviews that this place might be run-down or have a bad smell—but I was pleasantly surprised! My room was clean, spacious, and came with a huge bed, six pillows, and plenty of room to relax. You’d usually pay at least $85 to $200 a night for something like this. I’m guessing the lower prices are because it’s in a poorer area, but honestly, the value is unbeatable. At first, I only booked for one night because I wanted to play it safe—but then I extended for a week… and now I’ve extended again for another week. It’s that good. Every morning I get two cappuccinos with triple-shot espresso—that alone would cost me $10–$20 elsewhere. They also have yogurt, cereal, raisin bran, waffles, and more. I’m a coffee guy, so the espresso bar alone wins big points from me. The staff have been nothing but respectful. The cleaning ladies are kind and professional, and Peter at the front desk is incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s refreshing to find a place that’s not only affordable but run by genuinely good people. Thank God for honest and fair folks who care about their guests. Plus it is right off 290 and 610. Highly recommend!

They are not helpful at all!!! I booked on Wednesday 25th and canceled the same day (didn’t realize my friend already had booked with another hotel) and I called and sent them a message and didn’t get any response. Still charged my card and till this day haven’t got my money back or even a response from them. I understand a fee for canceling but taking the whole $110 is not fair.
