Stayed here for a day because we had family to visit at one of the hospitals in downtown. Originally had booked for 3 days and we left after the first night to a different hotel. It says they have gated parking but the gates are broken and don’t work at all. The whole parking lot was fenced but was useless since there was several spots where the boards were just broken and the parking lot was filled with broken down junk cars. We checked in and the lady at the front was nice I’ll say that but the hotel looks completely rundown and unkept. All the couches they had downstairs were stained and had a smell, the elevators were dirty and had graffiti written all over which was barely wiped off. Upon entering the room everything looked dirty even though it was clean. Bed sheets had all types of stains on them, the fridge was dirty and not cold at all, microwave was dirty as well. When we went inside the bathroom the toilet had someone else’s hair in there, the tub was peeling completely off from where the drain is and looked dirty and rusty so we didn’t even bother showering. The water from the sink sprayed out and you could tell they have never cleaned that faucet opening so me and my family used water bottles to wash our face and hands and to brush our teeth. My parents didn’t even wanna use the bedsheets so they just laid down and used their sweaters as blankets. Their “light breakfast” is just old cereal either cold coffee and juice machines that don’t work. Overall I would not recommend this hotel at all since there is better hotels around for the same price or maybe a little more but definitely more worth it than this one.

Sofa looks like it was dragged from a dumpster the seat pillow was so dirty but the bed was comfy and clean covers. Bathroom walls was dirty so was mini coffee pot I killed two roaches. AC works very well left super early to get on road I don't see purpose of access gate if the parking lot wood fences are hanging and some no most of the boards are down. Next to nice spanish restaurant you can just walk across to it since wood fences are down 🤷🏽‍♀️

My experience at this hotel was horrible. They gave a stranger a key to my room and they stole everything I had. The front desk wanted to act like they couldn’t remember but I definitely checked to make sure they were in the wrong. WHY would you do that anything could have happened like a homicide. This place gets negative stars and I feel no one should ever stay here because they do wrong and they try to cover it up. This place is far from safe and I will never be back

The hotel is in need of some major upkeep. Hallway tiles are water damaged, fixtures missing part. The room was in need of repairs also. Ceilings falling above the shower. Chair looked like it came out of a dumpster. Lounge chair had stains all over it. Bathroom door coming apart. Saw a live roach.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Had my husband and I not been exhausted from our trip, we would have found somewhere else to stay that night. Of course we did the following night. This place smelled like people were smoking some type of drug. So all night we spent with our heads under covers. Thank God we had room spray to help some of the smell. We couldn't take a shower, it was not clean. My husband felt itching all night and woke up the next day with red bumps on his body. This place should be condemned.
