Crystal Suites

Had to last minute relocate my small family into a room for the weekend, as the AC in our home went out. Woke up on the serving morning to painful bites on my face and arm. Upon reporting this, the managers were ok with refunding last night paid stay. Went back in to double check after my children and found bug that was biting me as I smooshed it and it was full of blood! Grateful it plagued me with bites and not my other children, but still. I was accommodated due to the discomfort. Grateful for that, atleast, but will never stay in 106, again. Hope they fumigate as no other guest will have to experience the painful bites, I’m awaiting to heal 😓

Room was clean enough for short visit. Appeared wiped down, no mold or hair balls or alarming stains. Bring your own bedding as I suggest for any hotel. Headboard needs securing to prevent noise. 🐸☕ A/C worked well, helped reduce typical musty hotel smell. Appreciate the lack of carpet. No dresser/cabinet to place belongings. Felt secure enough, quiet for a weekend night. Housekeeping was still working at 1:30am, be sure to leave them a few bucks.

We have stayed here several times we usually go for the jacuzzi room It's tucked off in the back some would say not a great location but the privacy of the location is exactly what I look for when I stay somewhere There's not a lot of traffic they do not permit traffic Customer service is short sweet and to the point Overall we enjoy our stay every time we go Thank you Crystal suites for your hospitality

Quiet cozy but basic for my travel trip would definitely stay ther again.

Had a friend tell me about their stay and was told that the guy at the office was completely rude and speaking rudely to them. He asked if they were ok or slow or something. Completely out of line.
