The check in was seamless, the stay was not the best, but the checkout procedures was all the way sketchy. Me and my husband left at 7 in the morning to go to the gym and then go eat breakfast. When coming back to the location by 10:25 am, our room door had already been opened with a bar chair holding it open with our clothes still on the hangers in the closet and our own pillows with the cases pulled off like they actually own it. Went to the lobby to explain to the employee that it's not even 11 am which is checkout time and they are already starting the procedures on a room that the key card hasn't been turned in for. The explanation, "sometimes guess just leave without turning in the card or 90% of the guests do not close the door all the way, so that's what happened to you" When I told him that we slam doors to make sure they are shut completely, he apologized and said he didn't know what else to tell me. It seems the only thing they know how to do is check-in guest with a great smile and the warmth and idea your stay is going to be perfect. I wasn't impressed and hope they consider changing their checkout procedures immediately, if not then, today! It's a problem, for real.

I stayed there for 3 weeks. The owners threatened to call they police on me Nevis I would get off the property when I was waiting for money to be sent. The room service attendants were extremely nice and friendly. I spoke to them in Spanish. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay the and I would go back

Diiiirty. Dirty walls shower head croroaded. Moiled. I went to this location on hwy 6 I booked the wrong crystal inn online and couldn't get a refund and i totally see a difference between Missouri city and hwy 6 location. Missouri City a lot better.

Room was very clean and the hotel is very newly constructed! My stay was great also the receptionist was really friendly. I will definitely be staying again…

The lady in the front is rude for no reason. She needs to be fired immediately . No good customer service skills at all. The whole time I stayed there room cleaners came once and when I didn’t answer the door because I was using the restroom I couldn’t get my room cleaned that day Or any clean towels.
