Management has gone down the drain in the last few months and that reflects in the low occupancy rates. In my most recent ongoing visit two things have happened that have ensured that I won't ever return here or at any other IHG hotel. First, I booked directly from the website trusting that IHG would give me a fair price since I'm a platinum elite member. But I saw that they charged me 130 for a room that was available for 90 on Priceline. Customer support refused to entertain their price match guarantee saying I needed to contact them 24 hours prior to my stay. I made the booking only 30 mins prior to my stay. Second - my room included breakfast. Earlier they used to have a good buffet but they no longer have that. The additional money I paid for the room with breakfast is same as what I would have paid if I ordered my breakfast ala carte. And they didn't have the item that I wanted. It sucks when you have prepaid for an experience but then have to face bait and switch. NEVER COMING BACK!

I had a great stay from check in to check out. The beds are comfy. The rooms clean and modern. The furniture looks new and not threadbare. The gym is nice. I didn't jump in the pool, but it looked good. The Staff were friendly. Overall this is a great place to stay and the prices right now are fantastic.

I will start with positives. The rooms are very clean, the gym is better than most hotels and while not heated the pool is open year round. The food is decent even though breakfast buffet is very average. Because we eat a really light breakfast we only ate at hotel once. The rooms that have kitchens are not stocked at all. The photos show a kitchen even though description says a wet bar and refrigerator but there are no plates, utensils or anything to make or eat a meal. This was a big miss for us as we had an extended stay and got sick of eating out.

Very professionally run Hotel. Excellent value for money. Good food great Staff. They need to upgrade the access to Netflix but that's a minor issue.

Nice room for inexpensive price and good parking. However the rooms facing I-10 are VERY loud traffic noise. The cleaning person took my toiletries bag from my room (hoping it was just that they thought I might have checked out). I enquired as I checked out and the front desk person said they'd ask housekeeping. No call back and I called again...same story. No accountability and they kept telling me I'd have to call when housekeeping was there. How hard is it to leave a note for them and call me back?
