The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and well stocked. It is located by the highway so the noise level can be a tad high but is barely noticeable once inside the hotel. The restaurant and reception are is very stylish and modern. The front desk attendants where very polite and helpful with requests. All in all we had a lovely stay here.

Not a good place to stay at all. Located right next to the freeway, so there’s non-stop noise at all hours. Additionally, the food is bland. Breakfast is subpar (they don’t even have cheese available), dinner is also pretty bland and basic as well. There was also a bed bug (or multiple) in my bedroom. While they allowed me to switch rooms for the night, they charged me the full higher room rate that I switched into even though it was their fault for the bed bug. I got no free night, rebate or anything like that for the inconvenience. Another issue was the shower and room maintenance. I looked in the corner of my bed and saw some trash that was left by housekeeping. The shower handle was shaky and the water went down quite slowly. The maintenance is pretty bad overall. I won’t be staying here again.

I had a great stay from check in to check out. The beds are comfy. The rooms clean and modern. The furniture looks new and not threadbare. The gym is nice. I didn't jump in the pool, but it looked good. The Staff were friendly. Overall this is a great place to stay and the prices right now are fantastic.

My mom and I have stayed here multiple times. This is our hidden gem. Spacious rooms, great AC/heater, hot shower, big bathroom. Breakfast buffet was okay. But overall this is my spot when I come into town, it used to be the Holiday Inn/Staybridge across from the gallaria mall

Management has gone down the drain in the last few months and that reflects in the low occupancy rates. In my most recent ongoing visit two things have happened that have ensured that I won't ever return here or at any other IHG hotel. First, I booked directly from the website trusting that IHG would give me a fair price since I'm a platinum elite member. But I saw that they charged me 130 for a room that was available for 90 on Priceline. Customer support refused to entertain their price match guarantee saying I needed to contact them 24 hours prior to my stay. I made the booking only 30 mins prior to my stay. Second - my room included breakfast. Earlier they used to have a good buffet but they no longer have that. The additional money I paid for the room with breakfast is same as what I would have paid if I ordered my breakfast ala carte. And they didn't have the item that I wanted. It sucks when you have prepaid for an experience but then have to face bait and switch. NEVER COMING BACK!
