My husband I love this place. The rooms were clean and neat. A/C was on when we arrived, so it was nice and cool. Anyone familiar with Texas summers can appreciate the fact of the a/c being on. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend this Crossland to anyone traveling in the Houston area. You can't beat the price or the service.

Nay Palm

Room was good. Kitchette was a plus, but the whole place smelled like cigarettes and it disgusted me. I tried to freshen the air multiple times but the smell just would not go away. And I know this isn't the motels fault, but the people staying there were also disgusting. Very creepy and I didn't feel very safe. Had to keep the doors locked at all times. Again, I don't blame the establishment for that, but it's the main reason why I won't be staying again.

I would not recommend to anyone. This is the definition of you get what you pay for. Upon checking in for an extended stay I thought I would be okay. However, I was greeted by bugs as soon as I walked through the door. During my stay of one night, I killed at least 40 bugs inclusive of roaches. The wifi that is mentioned did not work at all. The doors only have a weird way of locking. I wish someone would clean this place up. This could be better.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its price. It was the worst hotel I have ever come across in my entire life. This hotel service was very unprofessional the rooms smelled like piss the smell was so bad they offered me TWO rooms that smelled like PISS as well the lobby also had an unpleasant smell to it as well. I went to the room to just take a shower but it was no way possible to do so. The hot water didn't work and to top it off the water was a deep brown and it didn't give on the color. The sheets looked so filthy I couldn't even sit I. I was so disgusted that I had to ask for my refund and when I asked they said it would take 1-3 business days. On the 3rd day I check my account only to see I was over drafted because it was took out my account as if I had spent the night. So I called back the lady said well you did stay for a night didn't you I said no it was so bad I had to leave then she said well if your money is not put back on your account Monday then u can call back and she then hung up. I'm sooooo disgusted with this hotel if I could give it a negative ten (-10) star rating I would. Please unless you are that desperate to stay there do not go the smell in that place will knock you back to your car and to another hotel do not waste your money there its just not worth it along with the drug transactions I witnessed while I was there which was not long.

This place should be shut down, only thing about them is the price. Its very sketchy, when we got there the lobby door was lock & a lady came from the side door for us to check in we had to sign everything in the hallway. She gave us the room keys & we got to the third floor to see people outside hanging out smoking & drinking as if it was club or some kind of party event. Got to our room wasn't in there for 30seconds there were roaches everywhere when we walked in. The smell was horrible we left ASAP & cancelled to get our money back. This was the WORST experience of my life with a hotel I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to stay here. It's disgusting!! Very unprofessional and low down. If you can't afford anything else this may be the place for you if your just desperate for somewhere to stay. I guess you definitely get what you pay for but no one pays for roaches & low down service! Do not stay here it shouldn't be an option not even for one night, it's GROSS !!
