One of the best hotels I've used. Location is perfect, near a nice quiet area with a lake view makes for a relaxing breakfast or dinner with the family. Honestly I'd realistically give it a 4.5 only because for the price per night, I thought breakfast would be included but it wasn't. It was however a very good breakfast. Probably will be here again next time I visit Sugarland.

We had a very good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and convenient. A great choice for both business and leisure travel — I’d happily stay here again.

This is my new favorite place to stay in the area. Before booking I called several other hotels in the area and all of them sent me to an operator service. This is the only place who had someone in the hotel answer the phone. The woman I spoke with was very helpful in answering my question. When I checked in I requested a very late checkout and they were so willing to accommodate me. The room was clean, the location is nice. My only minor complaint is that housekeeping came into my room an hour before my late check out time. They knocked on the door and didn’t announce themselves. I yelled who is it, but they must not have heard and walked straight in which gave me a mini heart attack since I had no idea who it was. Other than that we loved our stay here!

This hotel was great. The King room has a walk in shower. It is very nice. The shower gel was great, and they has a mirror with magnification sobI could do my makeup. The best thing about the hotel was Gemma at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and fun. The restaurant food was good. I had the Ribeye and it was amazing. This will be my goto how hotel when I am in Houston.

The hotel is located in a nice location. The lobby is clean and staff are good. The room I stayed in had the bed right adjacent to the wall through which the shower water and toilet pipe runs and every time someone flushed woke us up in the night and the constant sound of water dripping by your bed side was annoying and disgusting for a hotel of this standard. I am sure this is not the case with every room but just happened to be the layout of the room we were in and certainly the same room in each floor I assume would have this problem.
