Every time I stay at this hotel there's a problem, whether there's no water, no hot water, leaking pipes, broken elevators, broken workout equipment, or AC unit cleaning. After my last visit in January, 2026, the hotel modified my reservation which somehow led to me not getting points or nights on my account. I made my reservation through Egencia with my coworker, who stayed the same length of time as myself. I have spent hours trying to resolve the issue with no contact from the hotel general manager. I will be following up with Marriott one last time to notify them of the lack of resolution. After our last stay in January, my coworker got his points immediately, while I was told I made my reservation through the wrong system. The same "wrong system" as my coworker, yet he had no issues. After receiving no communication or path forward from the general manager and staying a full week at the hotel with no contact, I can no longer stay at this location. I have been staying at this location for close to two years and will no longer be booking travel to this hotel. Nor will my coworker.

One of the best hotels I've used. Location is perfect, near a nice quiet area with a lake view makes for a relaxing breakfast or dinner with the family. Honestly I'd realistically give it a 4.5 only because for the price per night, I thought breakfast would be included but it wasn't. It was however a very good breakfast. Probably will be here again next time I visit Sugarland.

Pillows were great. I had a good sleep. Like how you can walk if you want outside around pond. Don't need yo pay to park. Quiet location.

We had a very good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and convenient. A great choice for both business and leisure travel — I’d happily stay here again.

This hotel was great. The King room has a walk in shower. It is very nice. The shower gel was great, and they has a mirror with magnification sobI could do my makeup. The best thing about the hotel was Gemma at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and fun. The restaurant food was good. I had the Ribeye and it was amazing. This will be my goto how hotel when I am in Houston.
