I was here from December 18th to December 21st, and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It's at the most perfect spot that's by NASA parkway, and the prices for the hotel was no expensive either. I had breakfast included with my whole stay and they have very good breakfast as well, albeit a very small menu but the food reflects that in terms of being delicious for hotel food. The front desk employees were very nice as well and the Bistro employee was very helpful the first day I tried the free breakfast. Rooms were very clean and organized, great bed and great shower, slept good the whole time I was here. The walls were thick as well, dampening the sounds from other people in other rooms and such. One thing I didn't notice when staying was that I was charged an unexplained incidental fee of $500 from the hotel, but the front desk employee told me that I was going to receive the hold money back after my stay. Honestly a very great hotel and very easy and stress-free process of checking in and checking out on my last day here. I would definitely come back here again if I end up staying south of Houston again.

This hotel is in a good location. It's a short walk to the Johnson Space Centre. Nice modern hotel, clean and bright. The room met my expectations. The weather was quite hot during my stay so the pool was a good way to cool down after walking around the Space Centre all day. Concierge on both shifts were informative and accommodating. Maria from the Bistro was warm and welcoming to me on my first night. She made me a delicious chicken sandwich and a good cup of coffee. Unfortunately the lady who was working the Bistro on my 2nd and 3rd nights was not very friendly. At times she was borderline rude. She was chatty with other customers but once I approached the counter for service, her demeanour changed. She was a fair-haired lady. Apart from that, Courtyard is a very good hotel and I would definitely stay there again if in the area. It is value for money. There were alot of guests who worked for NASA. It was amazing to see such talented people at the hotel. It was inspiring to hear their conversations at the Bistro (me and everyone else ordering coffee ☕).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service Before I Even Arrived! I haven’t even stepped foot in the hotel yet, and I already feel like I’m staying at a five-star resort — all thanks to Jeni Paredes at the front desk. As a Titanium Elite member, I’ve dealt with countless hotel representatives over the years, but Jeni’s professionalism, patience, and dedication stand in a league of their own. From the very first phone call, Jeni went above and beyond to make the entire booking and pre-check-in process absolutely seamless. She didn’t just answer my questions — she anticipated them. Every detail I asked about, she explained with complete clarity and enthusiasm, and she somehow managed to make what’s usually a routine process feel genuinely personal and special. Jeni made sure every part of my upcoming stay was perfectly arranged, from confirming room preferences to ensuring all my Titanium perks were properly noted. Her tone was warm, friendly, and confident — the kind of hospitality that makes you feel valued before you even walk through the door. I can honestly say that in all my years of traveling, I’ve never experienced this level of care and attention from a front desk team member — and this was all done over the phone! Jeni truly embodies the spirit of exceptional service, and she has set the tone for what I know will be an amazing stay. To management: Jeni Paredes is a rare find — someone who makes guests feel welcomed and appreciated before they even arrive. She’s the gold standard of what hospitality should be.

We had a great stay overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. The front desk staff was truly outstanding. We had an issue during check-in where the room type we booked online was not actually available. The gentleman working the night shift handled it quickly, kindly, and professionally, and ensured we were taken care of with an outcome we were very happy with. His level of service really set the tone for the stay, and we appreciated it. The only major downside of our experience was at the breakfast area/Starbucks counter. We paid around $41 for two coffees and two breakfast items, which would have been fine if the service had matched the price. Unfortunately, the service we received from the employee at the counter (Kevin) was not just inattentive but you have to use actual effort to be that rude. We still tipped and gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just an off morning. However, when we got back on the road, we realized both of our drinks were made incorrectly in a way that didn’t match what we ordered at all. For example, my caramel macchiato was just sweet cream with no coffee, and my husband’s Americano was simply a plain black coffee. These particular mistakes are difficult to make accidentally, which made the experience all the more disappointing. We also noticed guests ahead of us in line receiving warm and friendly service, so the contrast stood out.not sure why we were randomly picked to have our morning attempted to be sabotaged sadly. It’s frustrating, because the rest of the hotel team clearly takes so much pride in their work and the guest experience. One employee like this can affect the atmosphere and reputation others work hard to build. With that said, we would stay here again. The hotel itself is nice, the location is great, and the front desk team really made a positive impression. In the future, we’ll simply plan to skip the breakfast counter. I did not want to dock points for something others try so hard to prevent. Pictures are for reference of how hard of a mistake this is to make. Not a drop of caffeine in mine.

I was happy that they allowed me to check in earlier. However, the room smelled really bad. I thought it might be caused by the previous guest and the room was just got cleaned. The smell should be gone if I left the window open and fresh air in. But I was wrong and totally regretted that I didn’t request for a different room. I was literally woke up during the night by that odour smell. Other than that, the location of the hotel is great.
