Outstanding stay at the Courtyard Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and easy after a long day of travel. The room was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what you want when staying near an airport—great bed, strong AC, and zero noise issues. The location is super convenient to IAH, and the shuttle service was efficient and reliable. Overall, a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Booked a queen room with 2 queen beds for 2 people through booking.com and selected the option with breakfast included. When we arrived at breakfast was informed the included breakfast was only for 1 person, so I had to pay for my son. Unacceptable. Actual hotel is great but some of the staff leave a lot to desired and need to be replaced with people who actually understand what customer service is.

Paula made our experience staying here amazing! She was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient to the airport. Will definitely stay here again!

PROS: We were comfortable in the large room in March 2026. The water pressure was a bit low sometimes, but bearable. We could hear planes, but we expected that being so close to the airport. CONS: I paid extra when making the reservation for breakfast to be included and confirmed it when checking in. The reservation was for one room with two adults. The next morning, we were told by the reception desk that ONLY ONE of us could eat free. I asked which one of us would have the privilege, showed them my reservation paper showing two adults in one room including breakfast, but they stood by only one person. I have never booked a room for two and had only one person be included for breakfast. I will never stay at this location again. We found a McDonalds and ate there.

Great place to go to for an overnight for the airport. Staff was fantastic. The shuttle service was great. The only issue we had was the room reeked of urine. Cleaning staff should have caught that and had the room taken care of.
