Very friendly and helpful desk staff. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed. Only downside is that the nearby roads are very loud and you can hear them in the room. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Rosa was absolutely amazing! The room was big. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. Whatever we needed they responded to our requests quickly. And the price for what you get is unmatched and it’s in a great location in Houston.

I had a wonderful experience at Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow! Rosa at the front desk was very friendly and made sure I felt welcomed and had everything I needed. She was also very sweet. The entire property was clean and quite with a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow. From the staff who greets you at check in to the rooms and the staff who sees you off when you check out my experience was a 5 star experience.

Hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The Courtyard Houston Brookhollow is a complete embarrassment to the Marriott name. Everything about this place screams false advertising. They list amenities that simply do not exist — there is no continental breakfast, even though it’s advertised as included. The room I was given had bugs, dirty surfaces, and clearly hadn’t been restocked or properly cleaned before I arrived. When I went to the front desk in the morning to ask for towels, soap, or shampoo, I was told “housekeeping isn’t here yet — you’ll have to wait until the afternoon.” So apparently guests are expected to go half the day without being able to shower because this hotel can’t manage its staff or stock basic supplies. Absolutely unacceptable. Check-in was just as bad. I had printed confirmations with every detail — names, confirmation codes, everything — and somehow the front desk clerk still struggled to check us in. It should’ve been idiot-proof, yet they still managed to mess it up. The staff were disorganized, unhelpful, and acted like basic customer service was a burden. This hotel is poorly managed, falsely advertised, unsanitary, and clearly not interested in its guests’ comfort or satisfaction. I want my money back — because this wasn’t a stay, it was a complete joke. Avoid this place at all costs. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its guests

The Courtyard by Marriott Houston Brookhollow is a wonderful place to stay—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials to make you feel right at home. The hotel offers a fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and spacious rooms featuring air-conditioning, refrigerators, and LCD TVs. Conveniently located in the Lazybrook/Timbergrove area, it’s just a short drive from popular destinations like the Downtown Aquarium, CityCentre, Minute Maid Park, and the Toyota Center. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool (open December to December) with hours from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. On-site dining is another perk: The Bistro serves American cuisine with pool views and offers a bar/lounge for unwinding in the evening. Guests can also enjoy a coffee shop/café, with full breakfast available for an additional fee (adults: $5–$15, children: $5–$10). Please note: A $100 deposit is required at check-in, along with a 0.53% destination fee.
