The hotel was so sweet and helpful. The rooms are spacious and nice. Housekeeping did an excellent job. It was too cold to go swimming but the pool look beautiful.

I was in houston for weekend with my wife and we visited this establishment as we walked inside the front desk lady Mrs . Flor was so busy talking to her friend who clearly didn’t stay there and you could tell by the conversation they were having this was a a little frustrating because she completely ignored us while they talking we were exhausted because we just drove in from minnesota so we were tired but we waited anyways we were just trying to check in to our room then after trying to check in she told us all the rules verbatim but didn’t know how or wouldn’t let us sign up for marriot rewards Mrs. Flor blamed it on us using a third party app but when we usually go to the Hilton this never happens .. she also gave us a difficult time about the card we used for incidentals and made it seem like our bank of america card was a scam ..you can tell Mrs Flor is very bright and knowledgeable but she comes off as snobby with subtle hints of passive aggressiveness and prejudice like she was ways smarter then us or that maybe we weren’t welcome there … breakfast was crowded juice machine was broke when we tried to use it and they didn’t have any coffee after 830 … we stayed two nights unfortunately room service never cleaned our room once or offered us new towels. I even tried to ask the cleaning crew for some service nobody spoke english or maybe they did but just was not trying to help us because it meant more work !! it was bad i walked up to one of the ladies and i asked for help she nodded her head waved her hand and said yes but completely ignored us she didn’t help us at all she kept walking never seen her again !we also wasted money in Laundromat washer worked but the dryer didn’t dry our clothes we had to use the dryer multiple times and still clothes were damped we told front desk but they didn’t offer us a refund they only asked if we had another dollar that needed quarters so we could try again this was the third time mind you ! very frustrating experience because i love visiting stafford but i feel like we should have went somewhere else with our money if we were gonna be treated like we didn’t belong !

As a long-standing Marriott Elite member, I was genuinely taken aback by my experience at this property. Despite presenting a breakfast coupon—purchased directly through the Marriott app—I was informed by the server that even a basic cup of coffee was not included and would need to be purchased separately. This left me questioning the very purpose of offering a “breakfast package” that excludes the most fundamental component of a morning meal. The interaction felt dismissive and entirely inconsistent with the standards of hospitality I have come to expect from Marriott. For a brand built on guest loyalty and elevated service, such an omission is both perplexing and disappointing. Regrettably, this property fails to justify continued patronage when comparable hotels provide a far superior guest experience without unnecessary complications.

Hotel was clean and the staff is very friendly. I took one start of it rooms because the bathroom door wouldn't close unless moving around the toilet. Live small but overall an excellent experience. I would go back

The Finance Queen Inc.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Upon walking and I instantly felt like I was part of the family. I was greeted by Ms. Linda, who was so warm. The housekeepers were the sweetest ladies you will ever meet and they were so thorough. My breakfast was cooked both days by KAFI! She is the sweetest lady from New Orleans and is a wonderful conversationalist! Also, the manager Marco it’s super warm and it’s truly a team player! I cannot remember everyone’s name, but the staff in both the morning and the evening were absolutely beautiful people! I would 100% recommend staying at this location. Very clean and many options for dining.
