This is my favorite new location in the Spring area. Tucked away just enough but also accessible to everything. Rooms are extremely spacious and clean. It's easily the best Courtyard I've been to in many years. Nicolas really took care of me well.. he was professional, friendly and very quick to solve a small issue I had. Y'all have a good one in him.

I would like to recognize Nicholas Naudieu for going the extra mile in helping me resolve the air conditioner issue in my room, which was too cold. Even though the air conditioning technician had already gone off duty, Nicholas personally came to check on the issue beyond his normal responsibilities. He took the initiative to remove the air conditioner cover and reset the air conditioning connection to ensure the temperature became comfortable for me. He was also very considerate and offered to arrange another room if the issue could not be fixed, even though that might have caused inconvenience. Thankfully, the air conditioner worked perfectly after his assistance. Nicholas has been extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to extend help to hotel guests. His dedication and excellent customer service are truly appreciated. Thank you very much, Nicholas, for your kindness, patience, and outstanding support. Your willingness to help made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Nicolas at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. He came outside on his own and offered to help bring my large bags in, even though it looked like he was the only one there. And when I called after I checked out to ask about something I thought I left in the room, he put me on hold to go to the room to look himself. When he didn't find anything he told he would check with the housekeepers the next day to see if they turned anything in, and double checked that my contact information was still correct if they were to contact me. I appreciated his personal service, sympathy, and commitment to being an action-oriented helper!

Extremely professional, helpful and friendly welcome from Nicholas, which makes a difference to the quality of the stay. The hotel staff at the restaurant has also been very nice and it's good to be able to order food cooked on-premise. Spacious rooms

Five stars for Nicolas! He was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. When I needed to extend my reservation last minute during a busy time, he worked his magic and found a way to keep me accommodated even though the hotel seemed full. exceptional customer service!
