Our stay has been outstanding from start to finish. The location is perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options just minutes away and easy access to the interstate, making it convenient to get anywhere we needed to go. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the customer service. EVERETT provided THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! He went way above and beyond to make our great stay even better. Natalie was so helpful and a joy to talk to and Nichole is such a great GM. Isiah prepared our food and coffee perfectly. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Their attention to detail and willingness to help exceeded anything we’ve experienced—even at many five-star hotels. It’s rare to find a team that consistently goes above and beyond, but that’s exactly what we found here. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Thank you to the entire staff for making our visit such a wonderful experience!

Clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. Near a busy highway and it was quiet in my room. I was traveling on a light weight motorcycle, one that two guys could easily put in a truck and make off with it. The manager, Everett, let me park in a secure area behind the hotel that is accessible with a key card. Several restaurants are in walking distance.

So many hotels in the area that vary in cost and that is a clue. This one little more for the night but next to a great little draft house with good. The staff is very nice room was great and clean. Nice lobby security patrol in the parking lot.

Terrible experience, bed linen dirty, AC worked and blew cold but was extremely dusty and had terrible smell. Went and informed manager, think her name started with a "N", dark haired short girl. Took forever to speak with me as she was on her phone for hours laughing and joking with a "client". Very unprofessional and had a terrible attitude when I mentioned her phone conversation not being business and informing her of the unprofessionalism. Terrible experience. Definitely not worth the price paid for. I'd rather sleep in my truck then stay here ever again. Unnecessary turmoil. Not worth the headache. Not in to writing reviews but this place and that individual are something else. 👎🏽

We will ALWAYS return. Our go-to hotel when visiting. We had zero issues during our stay during their renovation in 2024. Most recent visit was lovely seeing the completed job. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Front desk service is awesome, thank you Everett!
