Comfort Suites Westchase

I stayed here for a total of three nights and the suite that I stayed in was excellent. It had everything that I needed, and I actually barely used most of the ammenities. For example the suite has a nice office desk and chair that I never found the time to use. I sat in the sofa just one time. The bed was wonderful and I slept soundly every night. My only complaint about the hotel had to do with my interractions with Charles the hotel receptionist. There is an adjoining kitchen area right in front of the check-in desk. The day after my surgery, I could not go out to get something to eat so I was simply looking for a plastic fork in the kitchen. He literally snapped at me for opening the kitchen counter drawers. There are no signs i dicating that the kitchen drawers are off limits to guests. He almost acted like I was trying to steal a plastic fork. I think Charles has taken his position as a Hotel Receptionist to his head like he is someone of great authority.

Nice bed, clean and timely provided crib per request, great location, east access for attractions. But breakfast not great, even on basic stuff not available daily Heater was not working well, house keeping not daily cleaning, but attended per request and provided fan while awaiting to fix heater.

We had a great stay here during Christmas with kids. The rooms are spaciuous and well designed with all needed amenities. The staff is very cooperative, we had an issue with the TV and front desk quickly switched our room in no time. Will definitely stay here next time.

I’ve been staying here for a few months now while waiting for housing at first the stay was okay until I started to have issues! They would promise housekeeping but days would go by and they NEVER come! I asked for a deep cleaning of the room since I had been there for a while THEY REFUSED! And I was told that the room is okay and that’s the reason for housekeeping yet without my knowledge they would take pictures of what I considered normal wear and things the housekeepers should clean anyway knowing the guest is staying over for a period of time! They compiled all of these pictures did not discuss anything with me led me to think everything was just fine until I had to finally relocate because the toilet wasn’t working for the SECOND TIME! In a different room! Once I moved they gave me a “warning” about the cleaning so I moved to another room finally and guess what exact same issue with the toilet reported right away and was told that someone would look at it no one NEVER came so I was stuck removing the back of the toilet just to flush it which I feel is DISGUSTING!! For ENTIRE time I stayed they NEVER changed the blanket on the bed which I requested numerous of times and was finally told that they do not clean those blankets for at least A MONTH!! I was in the room for 21/2 months! They finally decided to hold my deposit and request an additional deposit because of stains on the duvet NOT DAMAGE just a stain! I have pictures that the room was NOT cleaned properly they tried to use old pictures as if I the “bathroom” was dirty which they considered towels being left on the floor! I do NOT recommend this place I asked for the “policy” which only states it’s withheld for DAMAGE NOT A STAINED duvet! The back door hasn’t worked AT ALL there is smoking on the e property they ignore your needs and just want the money! I will be getting a lawyer involved because how can outline a policy that’s NOT CLEAR! The housekeepers ARE RUDE! there’s NEVER a manager on duty! If you stay here you will be sleeping on DIRTY BLANKETS!! I have the front desk clerk NABINA recorded stating they DO NOT CLEAN THE BLANKETS for at least a month or so!! This is how you know they DONT CLEAN NONE OF THIS IS MINE! I have a video of how we have to flush the toilet I’m definitely taking them to court!

The hotel feels quite old and poorly maintained. The floor was sticky and the bedding felt damp and made my skin itchy, so I didn’t sleep well. The pull-out bed had a large stain so we couldn’t use it, which meant my teenage son had to share a bed with me. Several outlets also didn’t work and the toilet sometimes needed two flushes.
