Hotel was being remodeled or repaired. There were stacks of trash in front. Carpet was stained in hallway. Our room smelled bad, wallpaper was peeling off, dust and stains on ceiling, keys did not work, bathtub had fresh caulking, no hot water. No access to drinks or snacks.

Worst Hotel ever with poor customer service. Management never on site and front desk phone never answered. Let’s talk about the swimming pool and Hot tub Both looked like a Louisiana Swamp. Arrived and never checked in this so call hotel. Stood at the front desk over ten minutes waiting to ask for a refund. Guy at the desk claims he didn’t know when the manager would return he said MAYBE next week. They need to shut this establishment down.

Rude staff, rug is dirty and stinks. Outside dirty, no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. You have to go to reception to get it everytime. No weekend towel and personal care item replacement. Breakfast is horrible by sight so I could eat it. I 101 % regret booking this particular hotel. Will never want to stay there again.

Im. A choice member and usually they let us choose our complimentary snack and he gave me a bottle water I like ok no biggie, but had to get new sheet sheets were not clean, then they had no small bathe towels just big hand towels to bathe n use this place gave me excuses for the service everytime I asked. Customer service was ok..but the building itself need work and supplies for a stay for the community that keep them in business

First of all, the pictures on the site are VERY deceptive, period. The room we dirty, wall paper peeling in several area, carpet was stained, as wa the ceiling. Outlets on the walls were missing covers, with wires exposed. Even the luggage cart was in disrepair. With a large bolt exposed that could easily break the skin if someone brushed against it. My wife and I booked a 2 night stay (3/7 - 3/9 2025) but checked out after one night. We were told that the place has been under new management since January of this year, and has gone steady down-hill since. We were even shown a letter to the owner regarding failing a hotel audit, because of the poor conditions of the place. The new owner obviously doesn't care about maintaining the place. The free "breakfast"" was pitiful containing no protein at all. Stay clear of this place. That is my advice.
