If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! My friends and I were accommodated well during our stay here. The team at Comfort Suites ensured we were comfortable during our stay. The lounge area was very clean and spacious, great for independent work. I also like how the location is nearby many fast food chains and grocery stores.

This turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The staff were always attentive and kind, especially Pam, the Manager. A few small issues came up on my end, yet she handled them with grace and even made me laugh through it all. She has a special way of making people feel seen, valued, and respected. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh every morning, and the coffee was always hot. Most of all, my daughters felt safe and relaxed, which meant everything to me.

Terrible place and highly tell everyone do not stay there. The manager is extremely rude. She calls all hours of day even on her cell phone. She bangs on your door 5am saying I cursed out the front desk. That never happened. Told her look at cameras. Terrible Terrible Terrible If its 30 sec past anytime they be calling or charging you. Even though im a diamond member. Very Terrible comical stay and several us in process of making reports to cooperate office Manager had to know someone for her position. Definitely not management material and needs anger management classes. Also tv didnt work throughout the 8 days i stay there. Unfair terrible trash hotel.

Loved this hotel! Miss J (for short) was absolutely awesome and so patient with us ❤️ I truly appreciate her kindness. We had a long night on Sunday and needed a place to stay for 6 days, and thankfully they had rooms available! The atmosphere was calm and soothing, and the cleaning staff was always on point. The only downside was that our first room had a broken toilet and the elevator is NOT working, but other than that, everything was great. Breakfast and in-room service were both pretty good! Definitely a spot worth coming to when you’re in town. Affordable and worth staying at!

Their checkout policy ruined everything. When you get a call at 11:05 informing you to "leave or it will be considered a late checkout in 5 more minutes," it makes you feel unwanted and the fact that their tone of voice sounds like they just want you to leave, does not feel so welcoming and I will make sure to stay elsewhere next time. This was my first & last experience at Comfort Suites.
