Over priced everything. $3.99 just because fee when you check in. $4 for a 16.9 oz soda there at the counter. $100 hold on card for 7 days. All of this is more than when I stay at a 4 star + hotel. Towels looked dingy and crispy. Couch in room was very used looking/stains. Ironing board was broke and wouldn't stand up. Cable kept going out. Bed was comfortable and woman at front desk at check in was friendly.

This turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The staff were always attentive and kind, especially Pam, the Manager. A few small issues came up on my end, yet she handled them with grace and even made me laugh through it all. She has a special way of making people feel seen, valued, and respected. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh every morning, and the coffee was always hot. Most of all, my daughters felt safe and relaxed, which meant everything to me.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! My friends and I were accommodated well during our stay here. The team at Comfort Suites ensured we were comfortable during our stay. The lounge area was very clean and spacious, great for independent work. I also like how the location is nearby many fast food chains and grocery stores.

Terrible place and highly tell everyone do not stay there. The manager is extremely rude. She calls all hours of day even on her cell phone. She bangs on your door 5am saying I cursed out the front desk. That never happened. Told her look at cameras. Terrible Terrible Terrible If its 30 sec past anytime they be calling or charging you. Even though im a diamond member. Very Terrible comical stay and several us in process of making reports to cooperate office Manager had to know someone for her position. Definitely not management material and needs anger management classes. Also tv didnt work throughout the 8 days i stay there. Unfair terrible trash hotel.

Right up the road from where I was working. So convenient! Comfortable bed and very roomy and very clean. Breakfast was great as well!
