Seems like y'all are going to need an attendant serving the guest breakfast and monitoring how much the guests eat. This is ridiculous! Barely anything left for us to eat! I guess we need to be at the cafeteria exactly at 6am to at least enjoy some breakfast. 😅 Also, the eggs the attendant are serving are watery and not well cooked. It could make an individual sick by not thoroughly cooking the eggs. That elevator was a nightmare that we preferred to take the stairs. The TV in our room would come on, but not display anything. You could hear the TV but unable to view anything. The maintenance attendant replaced our TV. The heater in our room also did not work. Room 306 I kinda enjoyed my stay here, but this hotel needs some serious maintenance and deep cleaning done. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and provided us excellent customer service.

Can I give it zero stars?! First red flag was no lights on outside sign, parking lot dark, almost missed the turn, all the other nearby hotels were all lit up. Walk into the lobby and almost no lights were on, attendant sitting on phone with ear buds in. We check in & lobby smells of marijauna. Elevator is missing all hand bars, multiple spots on walls damaged and needing paint touch up, wallpaper peeling off on outside corners. Get to our room 306, bolt lock is broken, no bathroom drain covers, doors chipped up, walls have holes and paint chipped off all over. Cigarette burns on room divider. No fire alarm or CO2 detector in the room, which I would assume is illegal? The brackets are there but both detectors are missing from the ceiling. Windows not sealed making traffic super loud. Got to thinking if someone breaks in since there is no bolt lock or if there’s a damn fire we are not safe at all so didn’t even stay, checked right back out. Went on to read reviews that there are complaints of cockroaches. Do better choice hotels, what the hell?!!!

Very last minute choice when booking for a "very budget friendly hotel" without reading reviews first. Due to weather and flights we had to make this last minute decision and as Im sitting here reading the reviews, they are spot on. Absolutely zero to do here. Not that I can swim this time of year, but pool is empty, fitness center and laundry closed. They do have a "market" to make small purchases like bottled water, sodas and snacks. Accessible to highway and does have a microwave and fridge. A bed to sleep so I can get home a d of course very "affordable"

I was forced to choose to book a room at this hotel due to all others being full, and it was disgusting. You can clearly see that basic things like counters were not properly cleaned or even wiped down at all. There are ROACHES. Be highly cautious of catching them and bringing them home with you. Complimentary breakfast is nothing special, the sausages were good tho. The staff were friendly enough. This place could have so much potential, the rooms & closet are spacious; However, unfortunately you can tell that this property is neglected by the staff & Choice Hotels as a company. It’s in desperate need of a remodel. If possible, choose one of the MANY other hotels in the area. This one is not worth it.

The customer service was good on all shifts across 3-4 days. My main issue with this location is that just about everything is out of order. The gym is out of order, the pool is out of order, the ice machine is out of order, the lobby restroom is out of order, the smoke detectors are missing in some of the rooms and I’ve killed at least two small roaches a day over the course of 3-4 days. The shower water never got hot and the shower water pressure was terrible. Would’ve had a better chance taking a shower with a water hose.
