Pros: - Excellent customer service by the front desk. Diane and Alexis were very helpful with everything and made the stay more comfortable. - Very Spacious, AC was cold, Pretty quiet for the most part - Big Parking Lot - Room was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Cons: *Minor gripes but doesn't ruin the stay* - Elevator was down the entire week I stayed - Dryer in the laundry room didn't work - right off the Freeway, but it was far back enough to not hear the Freeway BUT there is no places too convenient to walk to. - Stayed a week and was quiet except for a Friday and Saturday where my neighboring room was very loud but not the hotels fault. If you can't afford or don't wanna pay for the Marriott or anything high priced, this place was a good place to stay at an affordable rate. Felt safe and quiet and the room was very nice.

Staff was fantastic and the housekeeper for our room (108) was so nice!! Seriously great staff and was sad to leave. Gym facilities were great. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was small, but well maintained. Fresh baked cookies every couple days in the lobby. Clean rooms. Seriously nothing bad to say here.

Clean hotel at a reasonable price point. Rooms were fairly large and had lots of space to spread out and relax. Staff were friendly and helpful and parking lot was fenced in. Only issues was that the walls were thin, so you could easily hear doors slamming down the hall and road noise from the nearby highways could be easily heard, and lighting in the room was not great. It would be difficult to do work after it gets dark. Other wise a great hotel for the price close to city center.

Great place to stay with a couple of exceptions. Very comfy bed with lots of pillows. Excellent layout of the room with the TV accessible from the couch and the bed. Awesome couch with L shape for stretching out. Generous bathroom, but we missed the towel racks, as we don't ask for service and then we have no where to hang our wet towels. The bathroom floor was dirty with what looked like ashes. We also missed the grab handle for getting in and out of the tub. The tub was VERY slippery with no rubber mat. We stay in hotels over 100 nights per year so we have gotten used to certain amenities. The manager has a beer, wine and snack reception Mon, Tues and Wed from 5-7pm which was a great touch even tho we were unable to take part. (No drinking for these truckers). We would definitely stay here again. It's location is set back from the Interstate so it's very quiet. And there appeared to be security on site in the evenings. No restaurants within walking distance.

This was the best hotel stay on my Birthday week I've had in a hotel in a long time. The women at the front desk on all shifts were kind and helpful always smiling. The young lady on the night shift was phenomenal I needed to print my boarding pass and she was so helpful.. The 6 days at this hotel was so extremely comfortable.. bed was soft, pillows as well, all access to cable channels was a perfect touch.. Housekeeping did a fantastic job cleaning my room during my stay as well My vehicle was safe during my stay thank you, and the hotel was so quiet and clean every day. I will stay here when I return to Houston for SURE!! . Brava ladies!! Great job...
