Me, son and girlfriend are staying at this Inn December 29. Today is December 22. We are staying there until 29. The rooms are spacious and plenty of places to sit. The issue I have when we booked the room it said under amenities is that is pool. I need to keep exercising even on vacation. I do water aerobics classes back home in Alpine, Tx. I have been told by the front desk clerk on Saturday December 20 that I am not sure and I would have to get back to me. December 21 ask the front desk an update on the pool. She told me they still have put tiles and chlorine in the pool. I told her if would of known that pool isn't available I would of found another place. Then she told me it's winter time no one uses during weather. I told her that it does say the pool is closed certain months out of the year. I am disabled and water aerobics is not hard on my joints that is why it's important to me. The breakfast that is provided with the sauage patties and links don't look cooked. Hopefully my opinion will change at Comfort Inn

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I booked a room for 2 nights weeks prior to my stay and when I get there they put me in another room which is not what I paid for and still tried to charge me for the room that I didn’t get. The front desk person had told me she just checked someone in the room I wanted but I had RSVP. Then the manager gonna say there was no rooms at the time I booked. Which is a lie. Again the front desk person just told me someone just walked in and she checked into the room that was supposed to be mines. When I go to check out they gonna say I didn’t pay for the room. I will never stay here again!!!

for a good time make sure you ask for Noelia she will make sure all the guests have what they need if you know what I mean 😉 Be aware that staff behavior can be unprofessional, and some guests have reported inappropriate interactions. On top of that, the property has serious issues with bed bugs, roaches, and mold, especially on the first floor. Take caution before booking.

Texas you should do better your customer service is disgusting. Checking into this hotel we called for an early check in the day before we made the reservation. The day of check-in we were told we did not have an early check in when it clearly says on our reservation early check in and upper floor. Guess what floor we are on right the first. Whatever we check in at 2 pm go to the room I try to turn on the shower and you guest it the shower handle comes off in my hands. I walk it to the front desk and she says I will have maintenance come look at it. Oh it's been 30 minutes no maintenance we have been traveling for two days my husband is a truck driver. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. Update it's 4:30pm the maintenance finally shows up to fix the shower disturbing my husband's sleep. Update to the update it's 5:55pm and someone is vacuuming the hallway you guessed it right outside our door not the whole hallway just the hallway outside our door for about 5 minutes. It's not all horrible the front desk called at about 4:10 to ask if we wanted to change rooms but we had already managed to pull the broken nipple the faucet knob sits on to turn on the water to take showers. Our room is right off the pool great if we were on vacation but not when you are trying to sleep after driving for two days. Update to the updates: This morning we had a drop we packed up like we always do because you can't leave your belongings in a hotel you book for one night. We left for our drop at 6:45 am. When we returned everything was turned upside down in our room bed undone. We didn't check out our keys still worked. Called the front desk and was told we checked out how we did turn in our keys or get a receipt for our travels. I'm wondering what the rush was yesterday there was no rush when we asked for an early check in. I'm over Houston I just noticed that they put us all on the first floor. Yup all on the first floor. I have been to many hotels to be a platinum member for two yrs just so this hotel chain put us back to back to silver because we didn't have roll over nights at the end of the yr. Even though we stayed at a hotel on my birthday 12/31/24-01/01/25. Sounds like a roll over to me. I guess this is how silver members are treated.

Stolen property. I checked in about a week ago. I left 3 rings that had so much sentiment. I called 2hrs into my drive back home and they said to call back tomorrow. I did, and apparently they couldn't find nothing. I know for a fact I left my james avery rings there. My husband went to the hotel a week later as we moved closer for his work. And they apparently couldn't find our reservation. I had my email confirmation. They checked with house keeping and again apparently no one found them. Im sure house keeping took them. They were in plain sight. Very disappointed and dishonest people. & management for supporting that behavior.
