If you’re looking for a budget friendly but still great hotel this is the one! You will not catch me spending more than $100 for less than 15 hours somewhere!!! So we used super to save money and it was great! I stayed here in a king suite with my family! Check in was smooth and the manager on duty was kind and professional! Check out was also smooth! The room is a hotel room. Linens were clean, room was spacious and cooling unit worked great! Elevator was one of the smoothest elevators I’ve ever been on! Breakfast was plentiful like all hotel breakfast, not much different! The high chair they offered was an extra bonus that was nice. Plenty of seating! Will definitely be back!

Rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. The ease of check in was a plus and the location was perfect. Right next to A walmart and many other shoppong places. The breakfast wasn't all that good but everything else was great. Will definitely come again.

The room was spacious and nice but the ac was loud and there was a wet spot on the floor but nice room anyway But the breakfast was great we were there for sports with my team and the breakfast was very filling. The gym was also nice

I left a terrible review last month because I mistook this hotel for the OTHER Comfort Inn in Katy (Comfort Inn & Suites Houston West-Katy) which was lousy. THIS hotel is MUCH nicer and I regret the bad review I earlier left. The only negative I have for the Katy Mills location is that the bed we were in was a bit lumpy (we were in room 315) and the key cards didn't work consistently. But other than that it was a clean comfortable room and the people running the location were fine.

The room was dirty. I went to plug in my phone charger and noticed litter next to the bedside table (pictured below). The shower curtain also had hair on it from previous guests. For $100 a night, I’d expect at the very least some cleanliness. If I wanted motel quality, I would pay motel prices and stay at a motel.
