The room and location were fine. We did not enjoy our pillows. They were too small and very firm, almost like some throw pillows rather than bed pillows. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was convenient. Wish the to-go coffee cups were bigger though. Staff was very friendly!

The location is close to Space Center area but it is not close to downtown. We spent a whole day in Space Center so it was convenient. The rooms were spacey but dark. It was so obvious that the building is old and needs renovation. The doors had moist, the lights were rusty, the drawers had some stain in them. I even saw a roach in the bathroom! Also, our room was close to the ice machine and I couldn't sleep well because of the constant loud sound. The pool was extremely small and dirty. The breakfast was good, they have Texas shaped waffles! Overall, it is nice but not great.

Stayed here for four nights on business in the Houston area. Arrived late on Thursday night, checked in and assigned a room in the 3rd floor (a king bed room) as soon as I entered I was overwhelmed with a horrid odor and almost immediately started sneezing. As I am very sensitive to mold, I took a look around the room and checked the usual spots that are mold hot spots and found what appeared to be black spores in the A/C unit. I immediately returned to the front desk and was assigned a different room directly across the hall. This room did not have the horrible smell and my sneezing went away so I thought all was well. The following morning I was greeted to a BEDBUG on the wall next to my bed. I grabbed the plastic cup provided in the room and trapped him to bring to the front desk. I went downstairs and spoke with Tammy which was helpful and provided me with my 3rd room of this visit as well as "washing my clothes" and providing trash bags. As I checked out I was initially told I would be comped two nights due to the experience I had and having to move rooms twice. I spoke with Manny Patel who acts as the manager of the hotel. I received nothing but attitude from him and he questioning whether or not I had actually had bed bugs in the room until I showed him a photo which I took on my cell phone. I received what amounted to a 12 and a half percent discount for the rooms I had rented for 4 nights I explained to Manny this was totally unacceptable due to the fact I had to move rooms twice and I now have to professionally clean all of my clothes as well as discard my luggage that I utilized for this trip. He had no interest whatsoever and told me he would call me back later after he investigated further. This guy had nothing but a cocky attitude from the start. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. The cocky unprofessional manager and the "I don't care attitude" I received was totally unacceptable. I have attached photos of the horrendous room as well as the bed bug I captured that morning. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Not one good thing to say about this place. Just a dump!!!!....

Very clean & helpful friendly staff! Mrs. Tammy the front desk manager is a very genuinely nice woman from the beginning of me calling to make reservations & throughout our stay. She was very empathetic & always ensured we were safe & always made us feel welcomed! The housekeeping staff were very polite and clean thoroughly daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Pinky And the Brain

This place is a gem!!! The rooms are beautiful (newly remodeled?), the place is clean and the staff is excellent! When I made the reservation, I mentioned we were celebrating my son's 16th birthday and the staff put us in an amazing 2-bedroom suite. My son was so excited! They even wished him a happy birthday the next day! Breakfast was pretty decent too. The pool area is cute and does the trick. I was so pleasantly surprised by everything in this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again!
