Location is good (for us) in Katy. Right off the highway with lots of food nearby. Rooms and grounds need TLC. Cracked/chipped bathtub, hallway floors very dirty, gross food smells through out and the elevator didn’t work. Breakfast was just Ok. Nothing special. Charged us deposit for a service animal. Hmmm…legal? Not so sure…

An old hotel, l mean every thing is older. So don’t expect much. Have stayed in several choice hotels in different places. This is definitely a lower grade one. It seemed to me it was converted from an old warehouse to hotel some 20 or 30 years ago. You can image how good that would be.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. As usual I tried to find lodging close enough to my obligations in town to be convenient but far enough away to save a few bucks. I lucked out with this one. The rooms were spotless and newly furnished. Everything worked well, including the hot shower, aircon and very comfy bed. The bathroom back-lighting was a little weird, but overall the spacious room was well designed with plenty of storage space and charging ports. The staff were uniformly polite and efficient, and the property felt safe. Although it’s quite some distance from downtown, there are abundant shopping and food choices in the area, so you won’t have to travel far for those. Good, reasonably priced choice.

Only I requested a room on the first floor for convenience, but I was given a room on the second floor instead. When I mentioned my request, the receptionist was dismissive and rude. It was disappointing to experience such unprofessionalism. Very nice spot if somebody Loking for good hotel for good price Everything looks fresh and new

The service was the worse. I arrived and the frontdesk after check in he said the elevator was not working but he gave me room in second floor I ask him if someone can help me with luggage and he said not because he was the only one and need to cook. Then when I tried to into the room the key doesn't work. I looked for him and he saidbit is because you have to put more then one time like 3 to unlock this door. The microwave was broken as well. The worse experience in my life.
