Terrible- Stay Away. Made a reservation on the choice app. Showed up at 5pm and no one was there. From 5pm-1am no one answered the phone or the door. I called Choice Hotels and they couldn’t reach anyone. 2nd night- same thing. No cars in the parking lot-Nothing. It was run down and dirty but after flying 5 hours and for $50… hey. So I called during the day and was told they would look at the cameras and they apologized. 3rd day we saw two young children running around through the glass but all the doors were locked and no one answered. I think it’s a hotel for long term and low-income residents. I received an email from Choice Hotels saying I was a No-Show. Here is the video showing all the doors locked and signs on the windows.

Not a very good place to stay, front desk guy was not attentive at all had to look around for the elevator. Front door does not work. WIFI SUCKS!!!! I don't even think they can consider advertising that they have WIFI with as poor the quality was. Do not plan on watching anything as the tv's are not to great either. I should have picked somewhere else. I have never had a problem with Comfort hotels before and this one should be renamed for the poor help they have and horrible WIFI! Booked for a week and honestly just want my money back to stay somewhere else!

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences that I have ever had. First, we arrived a little early and they told me that they had absolutely no rooms available. Then, they told me that had I booked through their website and not a second party site, they could have given me a room. So which was it? They had no rooms or they couldn't let me check in early because I hadn't booked through their website? Am I not still their customer even though I booked through a second party site? Then the man working the desk said that they had no rooms because they had been fully booked but there was only one other car in the entire parking lot. That night there were probably only a dozen cars in the lot and the hotel was basically empty. He then proceeded to sit on the couch in the lobby for hours looking at his cell phone doing absolutely no work and leaving us to sit in the parking lot in a sweltering car for an hour before they were "ready" for us. Hospitality at its finest. When we were booking we checked the boxes for pool and breakfast for amenities. These are things that the hotel can turn on or off and they are *CHOOSING NOT TO*. They are dishonestly allowing patrons to book thinking they have a pool and they *DO NOT*. It is disgusting. It's nasty and green and has obviously not been available in a LONG LONG time. Next, there was almost NO BREAKFAST. They had a BS note on the warmer saying it was out of order so they couldn't offer warm food. Great, but then explain why everything else was empty too. The yogurt was empty, no oatmeal, the OJ came out as water, etc. The options were dry cereal or white toast. This is just ridiculous and lazy and the hotel being cheap and not wanting to pay for breakfast. If you are not going to offer breakfast then do not let us book thinking that it will be there. Finally, the room was dirty and the carpet in the room also had a nasty yellow stain in it. The front door does not work, so you have to take your luggage up and around a curb and in through a tiny door. There are not enough remote controls for all of the rooms, (the man at the front desk actually TOLD us!!) so you have to go down to the front desk to ask for one. The rooms have *TINY* Tv's so you can't see them anyway. Finally, half the light bulbs in room were burned out. These are all things that have been complained about in reviews MONTHS ago, to which management wrote back saying that they would get the issues fixed and did *nothing*! Do not believe the management responses to these reviews. I had exactly the same issues that people complained about months prior and management said they were going to get on top of. They didn't. They won't. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason.

Karia, one of the front desk associates, made my stay better by being kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot. I was disappointed though, because instead of having a laundry room like advertised on the internet. There is an advertised laundry facility but instead of a facility, it was a half broken washer and a half broken dryer. I didn't feel very excited about how worn down and how the facility seemed like it was needing to be spruced up overall, for the amount of money spent, I feel like it was a great deal and the staff was exceptionally kind.

I recently stayed at this hotel a couple of days ago while on a trip to visit family, and I was pleased with the service. The front desk receptionist, Emily, was very lively and answered any questions I had. The rooms were good and just overall a good stay. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.
