The service was good. The room was spacious but the locks on the door are not very secure. There was very little water pressure in the bathroom. It was hard to get all of the soap off because of it. The fire escape door was unlocked and people without keys were walking in the motel. The room was reasonably priced, but wouldn't have felt safe without my husband.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Check in/ check out was easy, but anything needed in the middle of the night good luck. Now the rooms, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. My main problem is seeing 5 bugs in my room. That is so nasty and unprofessional. Luckily it was no bugs in the bed. Fighting bugs when you’re supposed to be comfortable is crazy to me. Another thing the locks on the room were loose. Which is unsafe especially as a woman. If you’re here for a quick stay it’s not bad just be cautious of the above issues.

Rooms were decent at first. But at check out we noticed that there were roaches on the doors and in and around the beds and pillows. The tv didnt work so there was no entertainment for little ones if you're traveling with them they also have no playpens or cribs to be used either. The pool inside was closed until further notice. The breakfast was nasty we stayed 2 nights the first time for breakfast they had pancake batter but no waffle maker. The morning of check out they had it and it was nasty not sure how old the food that was caked on there was but we didnt use it. Found roaches in the food area so we just went and got out stuff and checked out. The girl that was at the front counter was vert dismissive. But luckily i got my deposit back but do not recommend staying here.

We stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites - 11050 Southwest Freeway twice during our recent visit to Houston — first from January 21st to January 24th, and then again from February 4th through February 17th after returning from a short trip to Dallas. Overall, our experience was mixed but satisfactory in certain areas. On the positive side, the front desk staff were consistently helpful and polite during both stays. The weekly cash rate was very reasonable, which made it a practical choice for an extended stay. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The location worked very well for us...we had friends and family across Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Stafford, Memorial City, and traveling north toward Spring, Tomball, and Cypress was also straightforward and convenient. For accessibility alone, the hotel is ideally positioned. Breakfast was alright but nothing extraordinary, but adequate to start the day. However, there were several areas that need improvement. The most noticeable issue was a strong smell of marijuana in the corridors, lobby area, and even outside the main entrance at times. This created an uncomfortable first impression and persisted during much of our stay. Additionally, the rooms would benefit from a deep cleaning. We unfortunately spotted multiple cockroaches during our stays, which was concerning. Housekeeping service was inconsistent; while some staff members were fine, we did encounter attitude issues that detracted from the overall hospitality experience. The pool was closed for the entirety of both stays, reportedly due to cold weather, which was disappointing. In summary, the hotel offers good value for extended stays due to its pricing, parking, and strategic location. However, cleanliness, odor control, and overall maintenance require attention to significantly improve the guest experience. — Nabeel

Easy on and off location if you're heading into south TX. Avoids morning traffic. The service was good. The room was spacious, but old. The water pressure in the sink was very low, but shower water pressure was good. Good value if you just need a stop over and you're not too picky.
