If I could give 0 stars I would. Check in/ check out was easy, but anything needed in the middle of the night good luck. Now the rooms, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. My main problem is seeing 5 bugs in my room. That is so nasty and unprofessional. Luckily it was no bugs in the bed. Fighting bugs when you’re supposed to be comfortable is crazy to me. Another thing the locks on the room were loose. Which is unsafe especially as a woman. If you’re here for a quick stay it’s not bad just be cautious of the above issues.

Seems like this place has more arachnids than Klendathu. Most of the cockroaches we encountered were small but I did encounter a real meaty one in the tub. There were blood stains on the sofa bed mattress. But the real problem was CHOICE privileges, because they refused to cancel the reservation. They kept pushing me to other departments until one department finally told me that I wouldn't be cancelled. There were cigarettes butts in the pool, the hot tub was out of order. The parking gate is locked from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. It is near the highway and that has its pros and cons. The only way things get better is to avoid CHOICE privilege hotels until they get their act together. They definitely lost me as a customer.

GREAT PRICE! AWESOME LOCATION! BREAKFAST PROVIDED, WORKOUT ROOM & LAUNDRY AREA! SPACIOUS ROOM WITH CABLE & WI-FI. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL & ONLY $50 DEPOSIT, WHICH IS RETURNED ONCE CHECKED OUT! ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE WOULD BE THE ELEVATORS & DOORS, THEY GET STUCK SO SWIPING THE CARD NUMEROUS TIMES AS WELL AS PULLING/OPENING DOORS. OTHERWISE, PRETTY DECENT! WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN! *BEST RATES ON AGODA APP*$58

I stayed at Comfort Inn Sugarland, TX with my family, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The first room smelled bad and had bed bugs on the bed. After reporting it, we were moved, but the new room & (all rooms under my family’s stay) had almost no water pressure, a broken toilet, and unclean bedding. The hallways were also dirty. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful, even telling me I’d need to wait until 11 p.m. to see a manager. For a brand like Comfort Inn, this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend.

I checked in on 11/08/25 and had to pay a $50 deposit. Standard, No Big Deal.. it’s been two weeks since then and I haven’t received my deposit back. I called on 11/20/25 the “manager” said my money has been returned. I waited until 11/22/25 to call back since then I have discovered the business has blocked my number. Sketchy activity for sure! I’ll update once a resolution is resolved. I didn’t leave the room a mess I’m a former housekeeper, I stripped the beds before I left. I didn’t even eat I the room. I don’t understand.
