The customer service was great and efficient. I liked the room. There was a bug when I woke up, and I called. They went up to my room and took care of it for me. I was grateful. It was quiet. The breakfast was simple. I don't recall eggs or bacon. If they were there, I must've missed it. They didn't have a jacuzzi or indoor pool, so I was disappointed. I had to go to work a few miles away. I wanted a close motel so I can sleep in without worrying about traffic, but the job location for my training only had hotels that were sketchy with people that obviously used prohibited substances and more than likely were addicts. This area was the best location for the price. I recommend it if you want to feel safe and you don't want anything so low-quality that you don't want to walk on the floor with your bare feet. [I would've taken more pictures and better pictures, but I was too tired when I got in that I barely remembered to take pictures at all.]

I stayed at Comfort Inn Houston for a few days, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The room provided was decent, offering a comfortable stay during my time there. The amenities in the room, such as the coffee maker, iron, and ironing table, etc., were provided and met my basic needs. The staff at Comfort Inn Houston were very helpful and accommodating. They were responsive to my requests and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. The TV in the room had a good variety of channels, providing entertainment options during downtime. One thing to note is that the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy. It is advisable to exercise caution, especially when venturing out late at night. Taking care and being aware of your surroundings is important for a safe and pleasant stay.

The customer service with Brook at the front desk was awesome. We were in town for a funeral and her kindness and friendly customer service was very appreciated. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. We ask for a handicap room and the shower had no shower chair for my mother to sit on. Please re-evaluate the rooms to accommodate the disabled. Thank you

This hotel has by far been the best hotel I've stayed at recently. The staff was super accommodating and so friendly. Loved the hot breakfast and it was really clean and quiet. Didn't have any issues whatsoever. The managers were fantastic as well. Always making sure I had what I needed, and was happy with my stay.

The room that I'm in has no bed bugs like others have mentioned. I believe their complaints. We were fortunate to have a room that had no bed bugs. The AC unit was not blowing out well but later on during the days that maintenance fixed it it seemed ok. Soft pillows, soft comforters. The pool was good to swim in. Seems like it's cleaned often. Not many choices in vending machines but on certain floors. I give this place due to my experience a B-. I know I may not get the same room next time so I will try other Comfort Inn locations. Not bad for this area.
