Reviews
My experience at Club Quarters Houston is being very disappointing, and unfortunately I have to stay here until March 5th. The front desk staff is not welcoming at all — she doesn’t even make eye contact while speaking to me. I arrive with three large suitcases, and no one offers assistance. I have to go back and forth twice to bring all my luggage up to my room, no kindness or welcoming. The WiFi is the slowest I have ever experienced in a hotel, making it very difficult to work or stream anything. On top of that, the TV does not work properly for streaming or even checking the forecast, the hotel already knows about this issue, yet they assign me a room without mentioning it. A maintenance staff member comes to check the TV (told me "oh yes, this has been broken since Thursday") but provides no real solution — essentially telling me “it is what it is.” For a hotel at this price point, having a non-functioning TV and such deficient service is unacceptable. The table in my room is filled with snacks that appear to be complimentary, but there is a hidden menu with exorbitant prices. It feels misleading rather than welcoming — courtesy does not seem to be part of this hotel’s philosophy. Overall, none of my concerns are properly addressed, and no solutions are being offered. For the price they charge, the level of service and transparency is simply not acceptable.

There was a strange man angrily knocking at my door and the door beside mine, and I called the front desk and the woman was extremely rude after I was just trying to explain the situation thoroughly. Safety of guests should be important to the front desk staff, not brushed off. On top of that the phone and TV in the room did not work. Would not recommend. Housekeeping did a great job but other than that, absolutely not.

The hotel's location is its biggest advantage - right in downtown Houston, walking distance to the convention center, major offices, and plenty of good restaurants. The restaurant inside the property is also convenient for quick meals or meetings. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match expectations. The front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful when I asked about cleaning service and a few basic questions. The room itself felt dated and poorly maintained - the fridge had black spots that looked like mold, which was unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, and common areas didn't feel particularly clean or welcoming

The location is great if it's in a weekday I reckon but I stayed over the weekend and it was completely dead. Just skyscrapers everywhere and barely anyone on the walkways. The room is small compared to most hotels but it works of you're mostly out abd about. Service was ok. I didn't interact much with the reception but the valet people were kind and helpful.

I travel for work to Houston often and had never heard of this hotel. I walk to my office and needed something close. I am so glad I made this choice, every staff member was kind and helpful which I find rare. The rooms are small but I travel alone and dont need extra space, I do need places to work not sitting in my room and there were plenty of locations and all comfortable. They were accommodating, had a yoga session daily on the TV. I felt safe with locked doors and kind attentive valets. Noise level was nonexistent to outside and I was concerned with the closeness of rooms but heard nothing from either side. The restaurant attached had a burger I talked about for two days! So good. This will be my go to hotel when im in Houston for work.
