They stole my Real Gucci belt buckle out of the room and wouldn't return it. It's the top -2 % of hotels in Houston to begin with. And the rooms are worth $25 @ best. They have a sign advertising 39.99 but when you get there it's 69.99. Never will I ever stay there again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else doing it either.

The absolute Worst excuse for a cheap dump motel I've ever stayed at . Dear God I wish I would have read the reviews before staying here. I was eaten alive by bedbugs and when I told the manager about them , he proceeded to call me a liar and told me that I had skin problems . This place is horrible , oh yeah and one of the starewells had a full infestation of bees. Also the staff is so rude it's shocking. Better off spending $10 more dollars elsewhere and not have to deal with this . Good riddance. ****Those are pictures of the bedbugs bites .

The staff is rude especially the night manager. We paid the online price and was expecting a non smoking room, but they gave a a smoking. When I asked to be change they said they do not have non smoking when the online reservation confirmation showed us a non smoking. They refused to accommodate us and refund our money. They are a thief and they a criminals. They do not deserve even one star. They need a zero.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I stayed here for 3 days. The first day they were just standing in the room staring at us pack while we moved to another room because the one we had was horrible.. me being the person I am I politely shut the door in their face. The next day the call at 10am saying "check out" I said isnt check out at 11m the manager says yes I said okay well don't call until after 11. We decided to stay just one more night but asked to switch rooms again cause of bed bugs. The manager switched rooms but to the same damn room we initially had. I woke up at 2am with bites all over my body I look down and see bugs crawling in the bed. I called the office and asked for another room. Cause of the time and it being a weekend no other rooms of course we're a available. The manager says I can spray we do pest Cntrol once per week. I said it's not working obviously and hell no I need another room I'm not sleeping on bug spray or in the bed with bugs. They tell me no rooms are available but people are steadily checking in. They gave me a refund because I threatened to get their business shut down and I will because I have pictures of both rooms I was in. After they gave me the refund we left.

The absolute worst hotel I've ever experienced. First after to dealing with dead roaches everywhere like it has never had a maid before. Then a rat runs across the room I warned the manager he said he couldn't switch room or refund. I advise anyone to waste a penny at the crackhead, roaches and rat infested place.If I could make the stars go into the negatives I would.
