if i could rate this a 0 star i would. Me and my bf went up to this location. My bf and i had originally booked at (budget inn) in texas city, upon arrival we realized it was nothing like pictures. so we called his mother and she books us this room at what seemed fairly nice nothing special. At first glance the room looked nice enough. The general manager upon our arrival was kind and helpful. Me and my bf took a nap since we drove 8-9 hrs from home. After we showered we headed to dinner. After dinner we came back to the hotel room keep in mind my bfs mom paid for this so we’d have a decent enough place to stay.(this is also because we were supposed to be getting engaged this weekend). About 1 am after dinner my bf flinches to what he replies what was that on the wall we do some digging and safe to say we found 2-3 roaches and also discovered that the house cleaners do not clean the side of the fridge in addition to behind the beds.(i’ll attach photos) anywho we start looking fond this and report it to the front desk dude. where we are told there’s nothing we can do about a refund today due to a 3rd party which alright great. now we’re out a place to stay. as my bf packs our stuff me and my bf started itching not sure if it was bed bugs or what ,but safe to say all our stuff is in the trunk and getting washed when we get back home. what was supposed to be my engagement weekend was ruined thanks to my stay. so would not recommend for 600 for 2 nights at all. and ultimately what was supposed to be an enjoyable engagement experience. i’ll be attaching the photos

I've stayed here multiple times because of location being best for my situation. If you need to do laundry go to a laundry mat. The washers here sometimes work and then 10 other guests need to use the 2 working washers even though there are 3 washers. They need to invest on getting new washers and dryers and maintaining them properly. The room is nice and quite. When you first walk in the room, you are hit with mold smells. It's the dishwasher. They provide soap for the dishwasher so I run a hot wash cyle on that thing immediately. After that its all good. Now the remote for the tv is another story. I had to manually turn on TV and manually adjust volume. The remote was able to change channels only. I did call front desk about this issue. They said they would have a new remote the next day. I've been here for 5 days. Never received a new remote.

The first night of check-in I used the kitchenet to cook, there were roaches coming out from the bottom of the cabinet. I then went to take a shower and afterwards tried to blow dry my hair and the blow dryer started making a very loud noise and smoking. I alerted the rep at the desk, she stated that she would send maintenance the following day to check the dryer and spray the room. The next morning, I requested towels and was told they would be taken to my room before my return that afternoon. That evening I arrived, there were no towels, the room had not been sprayed (roaches crawling down the door that I took pictures of), and the blow dryer had not been fixed. I went downstairs and was told by the rep that the maintenance was out that day. She apologized and promised someone would come the next day. The next day, still no towels as requested, roaches not sprayed, and blow dryer not fixed. When I went down to complain the older lady said this is extended stay, we don't do all that. Never staying there again.

Misty and Leslie were very helpful in relocating us to ADA room we needed. Professional, courteous and efficient when there was a hotel staff lack of communication the day before. Thank you Misty and Leslie; you are the reason for this review. To be clear, their service to us was very beyond their 'job' as other staff said ADA couldn't be guaranteed even though we paid for same. We trust these staff members will be acknowledged for the example they have set. Thank you ladies.

Our room was beyond filthy! The floors turned our feet/socks black. The smell of the room was awful! What was the worst part? The ROACHES!!! The bathroom had small baby roaches crawling around. The tv's are very old and outdated, all are, whether they're the Samsung brand or not, old tvs. The AC didn't work that well either. The smell in our room was so strong from whatever they used to clean it was hard to deal with. The smell of the elevator was pretty rough as well. They only havev1 nightstand which is very inconvenient when more than one person is in the room. The cart to bring in luggage on was so dirty it looked like someone had brought car motors in on them. We will not stay here again. The roaches & nasty floors was enough for us. I have photos and videos of the roaches on walls and the floor. It was pretty gross!
