I stayed here for 8 nights and was truly blown away with how wonderful the staff was, the cleanliness, all the amenities offered and the price was incredibly reasonable. This hotel thought of everything! They had pots and pans, silverware, measuring cups, Tupperware, plates, bowls, glasses and so much more. The bed was so very comfortable with lots of pillows. They even had a laundry room that you can use free of charge! A good size work out room and a pool and grill area. I could go on and on about how great my stay was but I have to get back to work.👍👍😊

If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a room here due to no other option since I travel and work. I stayed here approx. 6 days. Didn't have issues. The hallways smelled awful including the elevator. My third night in, I started to get itchy. I didnt think much of it. After my last day, I had bites all over me when I get home. I talked to the manager about my concern for bed bugs/insects inside my room. She obviously declined and said there was no bugs. She also stated she would call me back. It has been over 4 days and no phone call. They are very unprofessional, and lack concern for the health of customers walking in. The management is terrible. Lastly, she has residents that have been there for 7+ years and claimed they have never got bit by bed bugs. But she fails to realize there are others that come in and out of those rooms and could potentially bring bed bugs from another source. Never come here. Not worth the money.

Stayed in a third floor king suite for three days, two nights. The location of the hotel isn't bad, but it's not incredible either. It's tucked away between two smaller motels and a gated off used car dealership. No special view from the room, but since I have never previously stayed in a suite before, I was surprised by how nice it was. There was enough kitchenware for 4 people to use daily or 2 people to use for a weekend. Couch had a pull out, and the bath tub was a comfortable size. They have a lovely lending closet to borrow from if you need additional kitchen supplies or a board game and a nice kept gym and free laundry facility. Small pool though, better off driving out to a beach instead. Great stay and I look forward to booking my next visit with this hotel for our next trip in September!

Room was nice - typical for this kind of hotel. They had the fridge cold when I got there which is always nice so I can put things away. It was pretty clean. The drawbacks are that some of the staff seem really really annoyed if you so much as breathe around them (I'm not kidding...They looked irritated that I bought things from the cup board). Also the whole place smelled like weed the first night I was there and the people next to me had their music up so loud it was vibrating my headboard. Also there are only two washers here, constantly in use and then when I finally got to use one it broke. Overall not a the worst experience so far, but I don’t know why so many people give this place five stars.

I was booked to stay at this hotel through my insurance. Anytime one has to evacuate home, that is not a good feeling, however, the staff at this hotel made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for needing temporary housing. My accommodations were incorrect, when asked to change them or make a note to change them once the proper room became available, the manager (Jai) was rude and hung up the phone one me. Once we arrived to the room to get settled in, there was a cockroach in the kitchen area. The bottom line is that my family was experiencing a traumatic event, and the staff and accommodations here made us even more uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. If it had not been for a third party paying for our stay sand it was a weekly, we would had left immediately. The hotel is located in a good shopping district and restaurants/movies.
