We booked last minute for christmas. The double i booked was not available so they did the right thing and called me before I showed up and there was an issue. Instead they called me with a solution. Management was more than hospitable and willing to work with us. Showed us our proposed substitute rooms before we paid. All I can say is may have a 2 or 3 motel rating but Management made it feel like a 5 star accommodation. You get what you pay for but here they definitely follow through with their service. Thank you and your team for a great stay with what you could accommodate and keeping me informed with my options open. Would stay here again just because of the way I was treated.

Stayed at this Extended Stay and would never stay at another one. The room smelled so bad. The A/C had the smell coming out of it. The rif-raf that was coming in & out of there was very sketchy. Not a great place to stay at. Very loud all night. Not sure what type of operation is being ran out of there! Lets just say it's not a place you want to stay at. If felt very unsafe!!!!!

The lady was as nice as she could be, I think she was embarrassed, given the condition and even worst the smell. Walked in, there were people listening to music in the lobby at like midnight. The lady checked me in - I went to the room and didn’t want to get iut the elevator. I guess the “2nd floor” has a bad smell no one knows why, but it made me sick to my stomach. 🤮 She gave me another room. 🤮. Another room…. Same. Don’t stay here 🤮

Left almost a month ago, and asked if we could leave mail there since my families mail has been going to them for about a year or so, and they said okay since we communicated that we’d come back to get it. It comes to the point to where we come back to get it, and they don’t have our mail. One of the front desk clerks say that another worker named Nelda put it in the outgoing mail, without letting us know at all. Also, I had let at least two or three of the workers know that I was coming back, as well. That being said, a lot of roaches there and a lot of people smoking and the halls hold that smell. The front desk people also talk about other guest to some of the guest they always talk to, and there were times to where there was a lot of stomping in rooms above us, as well as a lot of running and kids screaming there. Also, Nelda (one of the workers) had the tendency when we were there to talk about what she did and didn’t like about the people she worked with and about the job, as well. Lights tend to go out randomly every now and then, as well, and the walls are somewhat thin, as you can hear people arguing in other rooms. Good location, as it’s in a medical center and near a mall, and a Denny’s right in front of the place, although you’d need a car to get to most places in the area. Just kind of wish that the workers were truthful when it came to mail, and didn’t gossip with people they shouldn’t.

Booked online. Check in was easy and on the surface everything seemed ok at first. The hallways and rooms are carpeted and they hold the smells of not only the people who stay and cook there but also their pets. That still is manageable. Upon entering the room we discovered small bugs in the tub, later determined to be German cockroaches. The next morning there was one on the kitchenette area. The last day, an uncapped syringe was found underth the bathroom sink.i showeda picture of this to rhe desk clerk upon checkout and she just said she would tell housekeeping.
