Booked online. Check in was easy and on the surface everything seemed ok at first. The hallways and rooms are carpeted and they hold the smells of not only the people who stay and cook there but also their pets. That still is manageable. Upon entering the room we discovered small bugs in the tub, later determined to be German cockroaches. The next morning there was one on the kitchenette area. The last day, an uncapped syringe was found underth the bathroom sink.i showeda picture of this to rhe desk clerk upon checkout and she just said she would tell housekeeping.

My job takes me all over the country. I have stayed in numerous Extended Stay Hotels, (30+) and this one by far is NUMBER 1. Staff exceptionally accommodating, kind courteous and customer service is their top priority. Main thing is the cleanliness of which this hotel is spotless. The hotel interior and grounds are well kept. Thanks so much Extended Stay team.

I stay here a months ago. They haven't changed! They are a excellent Extended Stay! Staff are real nice, especially Norma! They do there best and keep the premicese clean .

This by far is the best Extended Stay I've ever stayed at. It's hard me to believe their ratings are so low. I've never been anywhere and the whole staff are awesome! No complaints!

I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome; they were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about my experience. The kitchenette was a fantastic feature, allowing us to prepare meals and save on dining expenses. It truly felt like a home away from home. The environment felt very safe, which made it easy for my family and me to relax and enjoy our time together. We loved the gym,pool area and barbecue gazebo —it was a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.
