The hotel is pretty much what you would or should expect from a hotel. Nothing wrong with the hotel but nothing extraordinary either, no complaints. My five star rating is mostly for Sharon at the front desk. Sharon is polite, professional and seems to genuinely care about the guests. Her kindness and friendliness is what brought back to the same hotel 2 weeks in a row and I will likely be here again in a couple of more weeks.

The place was nice and clean- but I did get a flea on my foot within five minutes of entering my room. The staff was nice as well. And my door wasn't secure. The knob wouldn't turn, but if you pushed on the door firmly- it popped open! We were there only overnight, we didn't realize it until morning.

My stay here was great. I was especially impressed with Sharon at the front desk. I was sick one morning, and she was very concerned and got me some medicine. I didn't expect that, but it was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Amazing customer service!! Friendly shuttle driver recommended a fantastic steak house and picked me up when finished. Front desk attendant, Sharon, was friendly and courteous. Room was very clean. Couldn't be happier! Wonderful service and great room for a great price! Will remember this place and stay here again next time business brings me to Houston! Thank you!

Rooms are nice but that's the only good thing about this. They clean rooms only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, if you constantly remind them. I wanted my room cleaned Friday and was told only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I removed the "no room service" sign, waited till Tuesday afternoon, was not cleaned. Called the operator and was assured it would be handled Wednesday morning, guess what happened? Walkin and still not serviced. Had to pitch a fit to get cleaned and now I'm locked out until it is cleaned! Horrible service. Pool is green, waiting for parts for over 2 weeks. Unsatisfied.
