Yall they have freaking mice, they’re freaking infested. The rooms are nice and pretty clean but if you have ANY FOOD, they come out. I’m freaking out because I should have left after my last reservation, when it was a mouse in that room, I thought it was just because I was on the end with the construction but NOPE, the new room also has mice 😭😭😭 and now I’m paranoid thinking the mouse is going to get me and my husband is here snoring to Africa and back. I can’t sleep and I can’t wait to leave here on tomorrow 😭😭😭 As nice and kind as the staff is, they know damn well they have freaking mice. The owner hopefully will or is doing something to fix this rodent infestation. I’m so freaking paranoid as I sit here thinking the mice are going to get me.😭😭😭 I can’t wait for tomorrow. If my heart didn’t have to work tomorrow and if he hadn’t been working all week, we would’ve left right now in the middle of the night. Please Mr/Mrs owner of what could be a pretty good extended stay, get rid of the mice, your property is too decent for mice to own it. Pray for me that the mice don’t get me. He’s still snoring 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I’m cooked 😭😭😭😭 1 star because of mice 🐁

Great place to stay! Check-in and out was easy and staff was very pleasant! They don't service the room often but I didn't mind. They will switch out towels, etc. when asked.

Enjoyed our stay. Very reasonably priced. Our room was large and clean. Only small complaint is there were no hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Recommend you stay here if you are traveling through Houston.

Mice alert ‼️ Mice alert ‼️ mice alert ‼️ during my stay October 24-27 2025 I learned that this hotel had mice on that Saturday of my stay I kept hearing something in the trash while we was sleep but I’m thinking I was just hearing stuff but I wasn’t that Sunday night it was real loud I called the front desk and told him that I think it’s a mice in my room he bluntly said he can give me a mouse trap because it was no maintenance there lol I’m like yea no whole time I get up the mice was inside my suit case eating my chocolate 🤦‍♀️ I get up go down stairs the front desk guy like the manager a be here at 7 I waited she took a pic of the chocolate cause I took it right to her she told me by me paying third party they would have to take other steps for me to get my money back that the general manager would have to do but I was leaving so he was going to call me and I still haven’t heard from him them I even talked to booking and they said they haven’t responded so I still haven’t received my money back it’s now Nov 20 very unprofessional

I’m very disappointed with this hotel. They completely ruined my mood and my vacation. I came for 4 days and wanted to pay via PayPal – it’s 2025, and most people use digital payments. But the hotel only accepts physical cards, nothing else. When I asked what I should do, the receptionist didn’t try to help – instead, she said she could cancel my stay! Unbelievable. I will never come back here and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.
