This was the first time I stayed at the location. I was surprised by how nice the room was. Recently remodeled and a good job was done. All the staff was very friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable with all the amenities that you'll need. From a full size fridge, to dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and free washer and dryer. Don't forget to enjoy the gas grill in the gazebo in the back next to the pool. Hotel is also pet friendly. I will be staying here again in the future.

I’ve had Diamond status with IHG for 5 years and the past year I traveled less so I’m platinum. Staying here I had a major issue occur and I was extremely disappoint. The staff members that caused the issue did not own up to what he did which makes me the guest look like a liar. I was very upset and reported the incident to the front desk clerk Anthony. He took care of my issue promptly and got upper management involved. I spoke to the GM who I felt questioned me and my integrity and at that point, I told him I would just speak to IHG corporate about my concerns. The GM then changed his tune a little however I did not feel he handled my complaint the way he should have . However, Anthony made my stay a lovely experience because of his humanity, his genuineness and willingness to help. I would come back to this hotel only to see Anthony again because I know my accommodations will be the top IHG standard that I’m used to. Thank you Anthony for redeeming my faith in this location. I will get five stars in the service category only because of Anthony. I advise anyone that comes to stay. Please keep a close eye on your food and belongings if you have a houseman/ maintenance coming in your room.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Candlewood Suites, Baytown, TX! The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially loved the delicious breakfast each morning. Service was outstanding from start to finish. I’ll definitely stay here again!

I stayed here last minute because I didn’t have a choice. Check in was painfully slow. Parking was limited. Room had a musty odor. Pulling into and out of the parking lot was Russian roulette due to the traffic. I’ll find somewhere else to stay.

I had to stay here through the strong line when tornadoes because it tore my home up the hurricane that came through. Also, these people the manager the room service. The reception desk have been nothing but so sweet so kind so helpful thankful and just amazing people and I will give it 10 stars if I could like this is a excellent hotel right here in BAYTOWN, they are very helpful. Very understandable. Very awesome people they will do anything and everything any for any of their customers they go out of their way above and beyond this is an excellent excellent hotel so if you need a place to stay, this is definitely it. The rooms are nice clean. Everything is nice and clean and and efficient for you. There’s no issues , and the staff is amazing
