Rooms were clean and basic. Checkin was eays and pleasant. Housekeeping is the reason I rate this at a four star for service. They were still cleaning individual rooms after 10pm. They were nice and helpful when asking for additional items. The location is right off the freeway and entry and exit driveways are steep. We left our charger at home but checked in with family from room phone but when they tried to call us back, the front desk would pick up but they couldn't hear anyone and it would hang up.

Checked in and looked around the room (110) Idk what is in that fridge. Condom wrapper behind the bed. And blood splatter on the wall. Went back to ask for a refund yes it says no refund. But I believe I should have got one. He tried to give another room but didn’t feel comfortable staying anymore. Man in the front desk said “I cleaned that room.” And we went to see it didn’t even bother taking that out to see what it was Still left it In There ! Was able to get some of my money back but I won’t be back .

I don’t recommend it at all.. highway noisy all the night, Room smells smoky you cannot breathe The covers are not clean.

Called to reserve a room with a jacuzzi/hot tub (in room) like they advertise online, and the lady who answered the phone barely understood English and said "no we don't have" and hung up on me! So I called back an immediately requested to speak to someone who understood English, the lady says "yes I just can't hear you or something", so I asked why do they picture rooms with jacuzzi's/hot tubs if they don't have them? She says "I'm sorry I don't know!" Wth...horrible customer service and false advertising!
