Camden Post Oak 2707 Apartment

I have been living at Camden about 4 months now, and it’s been amazing! Jasmine Garcia helped find the perfect home for us, and made it an overall smooth and easy experience. The staff here makes sure to go above and beyond to help the best they can. The views here are awesome! The location makes it easy to get on the 610 and make your way. The best part, Memorial park is right around the corner! Don’t get me wrong, there can be a bit of traffic, but it’s only at certain times of the day and you learn to avoid going out around those times. Depending on which floor you end up at, the elevators can get a bit busy during rush hours as well. Overall I can honestly say it’s been a great experience and would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a high rise experience. Thanks again to Jasmine for all the help, and to the rest of the team for everything they do on a daily basis!

I stayed at Camden Post Oak Apartments for a month and had a great experience overall. The property is very centrally located in Uptown Houston, with many restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. One of the standout features was the valet and reception service truly top-notch, some of the best I’ve experienced. I’d also like to give a special mention to Fazii, the leasing officer, one of the kindest and most helpful individuals I’ve come across. You are lucky to have her as your leasing agent. While the building doesn’t offer a wide range of amenities, the dedicated and professional property team more than makes up for it. Their service and attentiveness really set this place apart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located, well-managed short or long-term stay in Houston.

We love living at Camden Post Oak Apartments! There are so many thoughtful amenities like valet service, fresh flowers in the lobby, beautiful holiday decorations, a dog park area and I could go on and on. The apartments are so well appointed and the location could not be better! I love that it is a dog community as well, it really makes it feel like a home. I also have to take a second to rave about the reason we are at Camden Post Oak and that is Jasmine Garcia! We visited other properties that were beautiful and well appointed but they did not feel as welcoming. When we walked in Jasmine immediately made us feel welcome, went out of her way to help us find just the right floor plan and even was able to accomodate our move in date making sure that our home had all the make ready work done on time. We could not be happier!

I’ve lived at Camden Post Oak for 7 years, and leaving is honestly bittersweet. The level of service and care here has been truly incredible, and it’s something that’s very rare to find. The concierge team consistently goes above and beyond. They’re friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need. It’s the kind of service that makes everyday living feel easy and welcoming. Maintenance is also exceptional. Any time I’ve submitted a service request, someone has been at my door within the hour. The responsiveness and professionalism from the maintenance team has always impressed me. The leasing agents have also been wonderful over the years. They genuinely listen to residents. I’ve brought up concerns in the past and they actually followed through — for example, adding additional speed bumps after residents requested them. It’s clear they care about making the community better. Getting to know the staff has been such a joy. A special thank you to Irenio, Seth, CJ, Victor, Endrico, Luis, Cedric, Fazii, Jasmine and of course Deena for all the kindness and hard work over the years. You’ve made this place feel like home. The building itself is also fantastic. The apartments are concrete construction, so noise between units is minimal, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day comfort. Even during major storms, we’ve always had water and power, which says a lot about the building’s infrastructure. It’s also an incredibly dog-friendly community, which has meant so much to me as a pet owner. Overall, the quality of living here has been outstanding. After 7 years, I can confidently say this has been one of the best places I’ve ever lived. I’m truly sad to be leaving and will always be grateful for the wonderful experience here.

Her positivity in her calm demeanor, makes me feel at ease to ask for assistance for anything at any time. I appreciate her dedication to provide a top-notch assistance on a daily basis.
