Our weekend stay was wonderful! Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and checkout was just as easy. We loved the extra touches complimentary water in the lobby and candy for guests were such a nice surprise! We also checked out the bar, and OMG!!! The food was amazing! DJ was welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. He ensured our food was delivered promptly and checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent service and an overall outstanding experience! We will definitely be back for our anniversary. Thank you C. Baldwin!

Honestly, I liked this hotel. After reading the reviews, I was pretty apprehensive about my stay. However, I ended up having a great experience overall. A lot of reviews mention that there was no fridge in the room - there was definitely a mini fridge but it was built into a dresser drawer. You have to pull it out. I don’t really ever have a microwave in a 4/5 star hotel, so I’m not sure why that is such a big complaint. As far as the staff, I would agree that they can come across as uninterested, but if you treat them with kindness they’re totally warm. The people saying they had nothing but poor customer service… it’s probably your attitude. I really only had one negative staff experience at check in, but she let me check in super early so it kind of balanced itself out. The room service is egregiously overpriced so I’d recommend just ordering DoorDash. The location was amazing - you could walk anywhere and there’s also a shuttle that’ll take you to most of the spots downtown. It’s worth staying in for the breakfast though, that was super good. The only suggestion I have is for the check in staff to give more information. Example: what time does breakfast end each day, what benefits are included with your stay (Hilton Honors, Hotel Collection etc.), directions to the elevator, like anything would’ve helped. I was just handed my room keys and felt like I was dumb for having questions Anyway, I’ll stay here again when I come back in the summer.

We were there at this past weekend, January 11 for the Houston Marathon. The hotel is clean and the room spacious. More importantly, the staff is fabulous. Especially the young man at the front desk, he has an earring hanging on his right ear. I cannot say enough, good things about him. While the parking may seem expensive at first the In and out privileges make it a deal.

My room was clean! I thought it was fancy. Drinks by ms jasmine were awesome and the greetings on Jan 14th around 5ish pm my ms Marisol’s and the two gentlemen helping everyone check into the hotel were BEYOND personal and welcoming. The entire staff looked sharp! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

The hotel is very attractive from the outside, and the lobby is equally impressive. Unfortunately, the rooms did not meet a four-star standard. There was an unpleasant odor, and overall cleanliness was lacking. I stayed for two nights and requested housekeeping after the first night, but service never arrived. My partner had also arranged a birthday display in the room for our arrival, which did not happen. Customer service was disappointing, and the room condition did not reflect the quality advertised. While the bar and lobby areas are great for photos and socializing, I would not choose to stay here again.
