The hotel entrance is on the second floor of the boardwalk. You will not find any signage telling you this. The hotel is also tucked away in a corner and is difficult to find in the dark never having been there before. The room Plaza King was good sized and had a good view of the boardwalk and the heat/AC worked as it should. The toilet was the shortest one I've ever seen. I honestly did not know they were made that small. I am 6'7", getting on and off of that tiny thing sucked. None of the employees we dealt with were happy, nor did they seem to want to be there. I guess the hotel location- the only hotel actually on the boardwalk- is supposed to be sufficient enough by itself. We were as happy to leave as we were to arrive.

This was my first trip to The Boardwalk Inn. The entire Inn smelled so good when you walked in! The staff were friendly and professional. Parking was great! Many amenities for shopping and dining. You should give them a try you will not be disappointed. Oh, and Did I mention the King size bed is amazing! Thank you Boardwalk Inn for a great stay!

Overall, our stay at Boardwalk Inn was very good. Everything was great except for an issue with our room key not working at first. It turned out we were accidentally booked for one day instead of two, which caused a bit of panic when the key didn’t work. Thankfully, staff fixed the issue quickly and easily. Other than that, everything was great.

Tyler is awesome. We came for my wife birthday. We are enjoying the weekend. Thank you Tyler for making this weekend her best birthday celebration. Your customer service is definitely a ten. We will tell all my my friends about the Boardwalk Inn. Easy access to everything. The room were very clean. Right now we are sitting on the balcony listening to DJ playmusic. We watch a Christmas movie from the balcony last night. Just a great place to stay with lot of things to do and places to eat.

The Boardwalk Inn in Kemah, Texas, is lively with a great view of the Kemah Boardwalk. We especially enjoy the easy access to rides, arcades, and kid-friendly restaurants, as well as the convenience of staying steps away from entertainment. Rooms with private balconies offer great views of the bay and boardwalk. Quiet time seemed to be between 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. There was live music til about 9. Overall, it’s a fun and family-friendly choice for those who want to be in the heart of the action. I'd like to see more security for the peace of mind of families.
