Hell is cleaner than this place! I've never done a bad hotel review till now. At first they gave us a room that wasn't, done, they changed us to a second one, the pics I'm attaching are from that room. Yes they're bed bugs, we found at least 4 in a few minutes, we collected them and delivered to the front desk lady in a bag. It was 00:30 hrs, that's the only reason we stayed there for the third room. Guess what? It wasn't done, it had used razors all over the sink. So, we proceeded to the 4th room where we unfortunately slept. My pregnant wife had bites all over her forehead and body. Location is ok, if you plan on taking a cruise next day, but please do you a favor and avoid it, its really not worth it! It's the worst experience I've ever had in an hotel.

Great value for the money. This is my first budget hotel in a long time and it exceeded expectations. The building is a little derelict (loose screws on the floor around the pool, old paint and such). The excellent staff more than compensated for the building. Melissa in particular was especially cordial and welcoming.

It has been remodeled with nice colors and super clean. The location is good to and close to places I needed to go. April and staff were helpful! The property is very clean and no criminals hanging out at night. It was quite. The bathroom was cramped and small, I am a very small and cramped. The room was a double bed for myself and sister and it was tight. No where to hang towels. Needs USB cords. TV and AC worked well. Ample parking and our cars were not broken into. Good thick towels and clean.

Not worthy of the BEST Western name! I am a PLATINUM very often repeat customer of this hotel. I booked 2 months ago and requested my normal repeat room. Called and confirmed my requested room the night before and was told it was VERY noted on my reservation. We arrived to find my room was given away. Ok. The room we got was 108. The toilet had water leaking around the base, we had bugs flying the whole time, the noise from the atrocious plastic on the mattresses was annoying as hell while trying to sleep. LOUD DOORS. The smell OMG between the gross smell of what smells like sewage or dead bodies, and Marijuana, made me wanna PUKE! Bugs flying around breakfast area. A dresser drawer was open when we arrived for us to discover it would not stay shut. A/C noise! Beds sheets/covers and towels were very messy, not sure they were even replaced from the last people. I had a future reservation for December which I canceled and booked down the highway at Texas City/I45 which is a little more expensive but has great reviews 🤞I will get emailed surveys and will be sure to complete. And I will contact corporate!After so much frustration here I finally asked if there was a change in managers, SURE ENOUGH! YUP!

Room was not cleaned properly. Used towel with hair next to sink. Used bar of soap still in shower. Hall and room was not vacuumed. Shabby paint overspray in bathroom door area. Overall shabby facility. I will never stay here again.
