Hell is cleaner than this place! I've never done a bad hotel review till now. At first they gave us a room that wasn't, done, they changed us to a second one, the pics I'm attaching are from that room. Yes they're bed bugs, we found at least 4 in a few minutes, we collected them and delivered to the front desk lady in a bag. It was 00:30 hrs, that's the only reason we stayed there for the third room. Guess what? It wasn't done, it had used razors all over the sink. So, we proceeded to the 4th room where we unfortunately slept. My pregnant wife had bites all over her forehead and body. Location is ok, if you plan on taking a cruise next day, but please do you a favor and avoid it, its really not worth it! It's the worst experience I've ever had in an hotel.

Excellent price, no ripoff incidental charges like most other hotels, super fast, simple check in process. Every staff member is beyond courteous, helpful and professional. Much cleaner than most hotels in the same price range. Rooms are nice, but restrooms are tiny.

Arrived due to emergency so grabbed this hotel because its near the hospital I needed to visit. The staff greeted me and accommodated my last minute reservation for this emergency that happened and I came to town for. Breakfast was always ready & tasted well. Laundry room was ok. My room itself, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom a bit small and no where to hang towel. I didnt like the location of my room since Im handicap and have a dog, it was a very long walk. I was basically in the furthest room and furthest building away from the elevator. Carpet was outdated. The trolleys were hard to maneuver. It was very quiet & safe staying here from out of town. Im thankful for the safety of this place.

Great value for the money. This is my first budget hotel in a long time and it exceeded expectations. The building is a little derelict (loose screws on the floor around the pool, old paint and such). The excellent staff more than compensated for the building. Melissa in particular was especially cordial and welcoming.

It has been remodeled with nice colors and super clean. The location is good to and close to places I needed to go. April and staff were helpful! The property is very clean and no criminals hanging out at night. It was quite. The bathroom was cramped and small, I am a very small and cramped. The room was a double bed for myself and sister and it was tight. No where to hang towels. Needs USB cords. TV and AC worked well. Ample parking and our cars were not broken into. Good thick towels and clean.
