I am currently staying here for work, and they are very nice and kind to me. They’ve taken excellent care of me, and the rooms are very clean. When I first arrived, I was worried, but Shawn showed me a room and explained that they just remodeled it. I’m staying here for six months and could choose any hotel, but I will continue to stay at the Best Western Plus here in Sugar Land.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and you could smell it when you walk in the front door, and your room. The rooms are fresh and the whole hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Had a great stay here this past weekend. Room was clean, what we needed was readily available, and the breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Hotel is also located in a great area, close to shopping center and highway. Would stay here again!

This was a clean place to stay. Beds are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and they are attentive. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. Good location and perfect for our business stay. 👌

Rooms were very clean, breakfast was okay, people were nice, but they’re very disorganized. System was down this morning and I had asked to stay another night since the room and location was pretty good. Augustine wrote it down and he’s apparently the night shift guy. Day shift came in (Maria) and called my room and I told them again that had already told night guy that was staying another night. She said would handle it. Cleaning people came 2-3 times knocking on door asking when I was leaving, and then the evening shift girl just walks in my room and then turns around, goes back to the desk and calls me. She said “I need you to explain what’s going on and who you told that was staying another night.” I normally do not like leaving bad reviews but this place would be great if people would learn to communicate with one another. Not a bad place at all but the head doesn’t know what the tail is doing here.
