Stay Dates: January 16–19, 2026 This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and it was completely unacceptable from start to finish. When we arrived, we were told that our confirmed reservation had been sold to someone else. This alone is inexcusable. Instead of honoring our booking, the front desk clerk moved us into a significantly downgraded room, with no apology and no sense of urgency to correct the situation. After leaving briefly to have dinner with family, we returned to the room at 9:30 pm that night to learn that our personal items were placed in buckets, which was told to us by the front desk clerk. She herself told us she placed our personal items and things to how we found them, as the pictures show. Our personal belongings had been removed and placed in another room without our consent or authorization. This is a serious violation of trust and personal boundaries. No one informed us, no one asked permission, and no one offered an explanation. Touching and relocating a guest’s personal property without consent is unacceptable and made us feel violated and unsafe. When we finally located our belongings, the room they were placed in was filthy and unsanitary. The mattress was visibly dirty, the toilet did not function properly, and the overall condition of the room was disgusting. This is not just poor service — it is a complete failure to meet basic hospitality and cleanliness standards. Each time I demanded to speak with a manager, I was deliberately given the runaround. I was promised a manager the following morning, yet no manager ever showed up. Because of this incompetence, I was late to an important engagement. No one took responsibility, no one offered a solution, and no one showed even the slightest concern for the inconvenience and stress caused. At no point did anyone accept accountability for overselling our room, downgrading our stay, mishandling our personal belongings, or placing us in unsanitary conditions. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable on every level. I would strongly warn anyone considering staying here to think twice, as this hotel clearly does not respect its guests or take customer service seriously.update; I finally talk to the manager after trying for 4days they gave me the run around she couldn’t tell me why they moved our stuff just kept saying that they tried to get in touch with me but still they had no reason to touch our belongings without our consent period please make me understand that this is ok!😡😡had to go through a third party to reach her because they would not respond to my calls kept saying she was in a meeting

Stayed in this hotel and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH a housekeeper a tall skinnier older Hispanic lady. Everytime I asked her about cleaning my room she would say it’s not my room. I asked her for towels and she told me I already put some granted it’s me my three kids and my husband total of 5 with only two towels ? Her ethic and they way she responds to clients who PAY to stay is out of this world. Horrible horrible. My husbands company has rented this hotel 3 months in advance since we are from out of town and we left to go pick up stuff from our house on a Sunday and asked the front desk if it could be serviced so by the time we came back it was clean. To our surprise that older lady had our room and the floor was not vacuumed the restroom was still dirty you could clearly tell it just the bed was made so my husband went to talk to the front desk lady (who is such a wonderful lovely lady!) I give her a 10/10 . Well she spoke to that housekeeper and I guess she felt offended that we complained. The next morning I woke up to go downstairs to get my kids breakfast and that housekeeper came yelling and demanding what was the problem with her work that why did I complain and get her in trouble and I told her the floor was not vacuumed and she said we’ll my vacuum doesn’t really work. How is that my fault as a client? She could have asked to barrow another one. The way she yelled at me and demanded and said she was a housekeeper and not my personal maid was WAY WAY OUT OF LINE!!! I am one to never complain and go with the flow but I don’t think I was asking for to much with the cleaning service goes into your payment of your stay at the hotel especially for long stays like the one we have to be in. But other than that housekeeper everyone else is Outstanding and nice they are very helpful especially the lady who works the front desk she is a true gem ! I am greatful that the front desk lady handled the situation and spoke to that housekeeper about how that was not okay but still that lady made this stay so unpleasant for me. As a client I try my best to keep our room clean and take our trash all the way down to the dumpster and keep tidy. I don’t understand how that lady thought it was okay to yell at a paying customer.

No water pressure from the bathroom sink faucet as well as not hot water. Very low water pressure from the faucet in the bath tub, with mediocre at the shower head. Warm water at best, no hot water at all. Room was sparsely furnished with no silver ware to use in the kitchenette. This hotel fell flat on quality at every turn, given how many BWs I've been to across the country. The room quality was somewhere between a good Super 8 and a great Motel 6, but was not up to par with ANY BW I've been to. Stay away from this place at the rates they are charging. I paid $144 for the substandard room that should have only been about $75.

We always stay here when in Spring, Texas. Never been disappointed. Rooms are nice clean, comfortable. Free hot breakfast daily. But honestly the gentleman that works the front desk is absolutely amazing. Fast friendly, polite, smiles. We enjoy his professionalizment and his happy welcoming. He was working with a broken elbow and didn't even slow him down! Highly recommend this hotel right off the highway and across the road from a nice shopping center and Walmart, plenty of places to eat and a cooked crumble for after. All walking distance from them. Give it a try I bet you enjoy it as much as we always do.

After my guest survey was completed, I chose not to leave a google review; then I saw that I was charged 145$ for the 100$ room I had. The room was NOT a king as reserved but a queen. The tub was so clogged a thick brown ring appeared and I was unable to shower without my feet in filth. The windows do not open and they recently painted and it was unbearably stuffy. The pillows are so not pillows anymore, nor was the uncomfortable mattress. Total Motel 6 type, low quality hotel. Will never ever stay with a business that chooses to do whatever they like with your credit/debit card numbers once they have them. Shame on you.
