Terrible stay. We walked into the room and immediately found a wasp inside and visible mold on the curtain above the AC unit. That alone is unacceptable. What made it worse was the front desk’s response—they were not accommodating at all, despite the clear issue. Instead of helping, one of us had to kill the wasp ourselves, which is not something guests should ever have to do. Between the mold, the insect problem, and the lack of concern from staff, this place clearly doesn’t prioritize cleanliness or guest safety. I would not recommend this Best Western to anyone.

Trucking Fry

I made the mistake of ACCIDENTALY booking a night with this establishment, when trying to book my stay in Houston, TX. After realizing my mistake, I promptly called customer service. They called this establishment, and requested they cancel my reservation as it was an accidental book. They refused. After getting off the phone with customer service. I called the hotel myself. Explained to the front desk receptionist that it was an accident. That I am a professional driver in a commercial vehicle. He stated they had truck parking, and that I could drive there. After explaining that I had 0 hours to drive on my ELD( electronic logging device), and that it would be breaking federal FMCSA rules and laws for me to move my truck, and drive over there. He still refused to cancel. Stating rudely that my card would be charged if I didn't check in tonight. Blatantly mad that I had not chosen their hotel fir my stay. So much for being a Diamond Selct Member. Which means I stay at Best Western over 25 times a year. I managed to get that status in 3 months.

the MOST dirtiest hotel I’ve ever checked into!!!! soon as me and my boyfriend walked into the room it was instantly a stench and a ROACH on the door we haven’t even got fully into the room when we saw the roach on the door!!! I will insert pictures below, we went back downstairs & tried to address it with the hostess at the front desk when we told her she immediately had an attitude, her attitude was so nasty & RUDE! She needs to be fired, better yet they need to shut the whole hotel down! That’s more like a motel… I’m soooo disgusted!!!!!!!!

Absolutely will not stay at this hotel again. Communication is horrible. Stayed and ac went out in room. Had to move my mother (78 yr old mother) due to room kept getting hotter and hotter at 9pm at night. Complained asked for room to be taken care of…..never received a call back from anyone. I had to call 2 weeks later to get an answer. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THUS HOTEL.

This is going to be a bit lengthy. First off as advertised the hotel is smoke-free our room smelled of cigarettes. Secondly the tub & shower head have a weird setup where there is a ring on the tub faucet that you have to pull in order to switch over to use the shower head. People who don’t know that there is a ring to be pulled on the faucet will not understand that is a step that needs to be taken. And lastly, I checked in fairly late past 3pm but fairly way before the midnight cut off. I purchased the stay on a gift card online and was charged full price for the stay even though the gift card previously paid it. The person who helped me was not the one who originally checked us in and mentioned that on their end they have to check and see if the purchases made on gift cards and rewards fully process. Meaning that the person who checked us in missed that step and went ahead and charged to the card I used to pay the security deposit. We checked in on a Friday and the charge to my bank account showed up on a Saturday, meaning my money will not be put back until a regular working business day on Monday and I have $0.00 in my bank account that was so clearly needed for travel. My advice to anyone deciding the stay here is be sure that if you’re prepaying in full your purchase goes through before your arrival. As far as resolving this issue, the person who notified me of the step that was missed upon check in was very nice and was quick to realize what happened and let me know the money will be refunded. I normally do not leave reviews but this mistake was really uncalled for and definitely needs to be addressed.
