We stayed here twice while house hunting in the area and would definitely return. We were traveling from out of state to tour homes in nearby master-planned communities, and this hotel was the perfect home base for both visits. The rooms are clean and comfortable - everything you need for a short-term stay without unnecessary frills. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone from check-in to check-out was friendly and responsive, quickly addressing our questions and making us feel genuinely welcome. When you’re in the middle of a big move and dealing with the stress of house hunting, that kind of hospitality matters. We appreciated having a reliable, comfortable place to regroup at the end of long days.

Stayed here for one Saturday night in a king size bed. I had points so I used it and self-paid the remaining which was just under $50. I do not know how much it is without using points, but I feel like I got what I paid for which I am more than content about. I do want to say this is not a 4-5 star hotel. It is closer to a 3 star only because of how out dated the rooms are compared to other hotels. It is 2026, and I felt like I was back in the early 2000s. If you choose to stay here, do not have high expectations. If you do not decide to stay here, I cannot blame you. It was a one-and-done for me, but I cannot complain about anything else besides the following which are my responses to the Best Western review request (see photos): Went get breakfast maybe 20 minutes before it ended, and I thought they would have food stocked until the end but no. Potatoes were gone. Eggs were flavorless, and sausages may be the only good hot item they offered. I enjoyed the yogurt bar the most and appreciate that they have toppings available. ***** When I checked in, front desk receptionist came from the back while finishing up chewing food and wore regular clothes with no name badge (tshirt and lounge pants) whereas I am used to seeing someone wearing at least business attire when I arrive at a hotel stay. I did not let it bother me much, but I feel like if you are going to be the first employee the guest sees or the face of the company as the front desk receptionist, you need to be more presentable. She was also not approachable, and I felt like I was inconveniencing her “snack break time” because her attitude was not friendly. However, I had a different receptionist check me out as I was leaving, and she was nice! Attentive, properly dressed, and well-mannered. I realized this is a family/independently-ran Best Western location so I believe the first receptionist I met was a family member who was just working to work while the other receptionist at check-out was an employee hired and was actually there to work because it’s her job. Overall, this is an older hotel that may need more up-to-date renovations, but the upkeeping are helping maintain the cleanliness of the room structures as much as they can. If you stayed here, you will understand what I am referring to. There is only so much you can do to help an old building still look and feel alive. The hallways do have an “old rug” smell that I am sure they cannot get rid of, but it does not seep into the rooms so it only bothered me when I was walking to and from the elevator and my room. Housekeeping came to my room numerous times before the allotted check-out time so its good to know they try to clean as early as possible. Yes, there are other more modern to date hotels in the area, but you get what you pay for. This hotel is relatively reasonably priced for what they have to offer. I feel like if you do not care much about the fancy things or just need to stay for the night for a quick visit like I did, book this hotel out of convenience. If you rather a place not out-dated, do not stay here. Spend more money at a better hotel if need be. ***** I understand this is an independently-ran Best Western, but if you are going to allocate a time frame for breakfast services, why stop supplying food before the time is done? Breakfast ends at 9am, but more than half of the food were gone and never restocked. I believe by keeping breakfast items available until the end of breakfast time will make my next visit more enjoyable if I ever stay here again.

Excellent customer service from the front desk and anyone we interacted with staff wise. The rooms are a little dated but we'll kept. Our coffee machine was not functioning so I took it to the front desk and they promptly gave me a working coffee machine. The indoor pool and hot tub were in immaculate condition. Parking was plentiful with ease of access to our room. No complaints on the breakfast, enjoy Texas shaped fresh made waffles. Scrambled eggs and sausage links and much more to choose from. Highly recommend for an economical staycation away from home for a couple days.

Death in family. I was quoted over $250.00 for 1 night. Understandable $50 deposit for my Maltese. Refundable, However, an additional deposit $50 for each person, my husband and I. No thanks! I'd rather spend the night in my car. Never again.

Situated along a busy road with lots of vehicles noise. The AC was broken the first night and they offered $10 off of the rate. Pool is small and cold. Police presence in the hallways on a Saturday night. Breakfast was good and staff was accommodating otherwise.
