Every time we stay here, it’s always a wonderful day. The front desk stuff are really accommodating. I remember when time we were coming in really early and let me check in without paying extra, which is wonderful because I don’t even think they were busy that day but a lot of hotels don’t do this in this hotel to itself for Me. That’s what got them five star reviews because when you are in the area with dozens of hotels within a 3 mile radius, you need to do something that sets you apart and accommodating, your gas is definitely gonna send you a part as a business so that is why these people are getting five star reviews instead of a lower star.

Another lonely evening in Another lonely town. Sure glad Best Western is here in the greater Houston Area. This Katy establishment is a nice option if you have business close to this side of town! Check-in was a breeze, the check-in people were absolutely Texas Friendly. Rooms are not bad, the pool is the 💣 B. This location is close to anything you could want in Katy Free breakfast is included. We use Best Western property's often.. We will continue to stay with this company!! Plotted. Scouts Out.

My guest was having an emergency and had to call to get some help, and when help arrived, I was told he was not allowed back in the room because the police showed up. They didn’t care what happened; but, because his emergency involved police officers, I was told he would be trespassed if he came onto the property or in my room. They also didn’t regret to inform me that they would be able to see if he did show up due to their cameras, suggesting they would be watching. I’m not sure if this was due to discrimination, so when I told her at the front desk we had about 3 more nights to stay when he returned from the hospital, she did not care and told me that if the police weren’t there it wouldn’t be an issue. So, when I expressed my frustration about him having absolutely no where else to go, she then told me I was also no longer allowed to stay and charged my bill for the rest of the time we didn’t stay there. We were homeless the rest of the week. Before that, they were watching my guest (black adult) and I (white adult) on the cameras and confronted our behavior as if we were misbehaving. I’ve lived in Katy all my life and have never been talked to that way - I’ve also staid at that same hotel before and don’t think my behavior or personality changed too much for it to result in me being trespassed from a property at my next stay. They refused to refund the rest of our stay, kicked me out, and trespassed my guest. It wasn’t even charged to my card; and they knew this. So I’m pretty sure they were just looking to cause problems in our personal lives. There were no complaints about us from customers, we had great interactions with the breakfast attendants, the original receptionist, as well as the other guests - so this was completely bizarre. My mother was charged the whole time when she got the stay for us as a gift, and the manager knew it wasn’t in my name and that my mother would hear about this. Him and I were being talked to like we were children who were in detention from the very moment the manager saw us. She initiated conversation and insisted I sign up as a rewards member when we were simply walking by the desk to our rooms. They also showed up at my door accusing me of smoking cigarettes in my room after he had been taken to the hospital. They told me they don’t care if I did it or not; but told me I need to go get room spray or perfume to fix the smell or else they’ll charge me. So I actually went and walked to Walmart across the street to buy room spray, and they still charged my mom for the entire stay.

Online search said it had 18wheeler parking it didn't but we made parking. Greeted by CSR named Zie she was what customer service should be. Checked us in & provided us an extra towel. Breakfast eggs, sausage, potato, biscuits, bagel, muffins & cereal.
