This place was so comfortable and we booked at the last minute and the lovely woman at the front desk let us check in early! Adam was extremely accommodating and the room was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We will be back. ❤️❤️

Horrible customer service and rooms. We arrived last weekend for Valentine’s Day just for the room to smell absolutely disgusting and moldy. We went to request a refund immediately after checking in after having to find another place to stay and were told we would hear back within a few days with a refund. What actually happened was they lied to the booking company telling them we stayed the full time and enjoyed our stay with no smell in the room. Beware this shady company and room 312

Right off the highway so real loud. Luke warm water, key had to be remagnetized over and over. TV was hard to work. Breakfast was bad even for a hotel continental breakfast. They don’t even make posit coffee. You press a button for instant coffee. Price was right though at less than $100 night. Room was at least clean.

Another lonely evening in Another lonely town. Sure glad Best Western is here in the greater Houston Area. This Katy establishment is a nice option if you have business close to this side of town! Check-in was a breeze, the check-in people were absolutely Texas Friendly. Rooms are not bad, the pool is the 💣 B. This location is close to anything you could want in Katy Free breakfast is included. We use Best Western property's often.. We will continue to stay with this company!! Plotted. Scouts Out.

Every time we stay here, it’s always a wonderful day. The front desk stuff are really accommodating. I remember when time we were coming in really early and let me check in without paying extra, which is wonderful because I don’t even think they were busy that day but a lot of hotels don’t do this in this hotel to itself for Me. That’s what got them five star reviews because when you are in the area with dozens of hotels within a 3 mile radius, you need to do something that sets you apart and accommodating, your gas is definitely gonna send you a part as a business so that is why these people are getting five star reviews instead of a lower star.
