The location is right next to the airport and has free shuttle service. This is a very very affordable hotel so keep your expectations in check. It is well used and minimal. That being said it is clean, quiet (except for the planes) and convenient. They keep the staff and lights to a minimum. Probably in need of saving money. The rooms are very good size and have toiletries and clean sheets and towels. Coffee in the room and free breakfast. It worked for our early flight our. We returned the car down the street and just walked back. But the shuttle was available to pick us up. I would stay again.

Had to stay here for a night due to a canceled flight. Even when I showed up at 3am the staff were friendly and accommodating, and provided me with basic toiletries since I was without my luggage. Good price for a big room and typical continental breakfast. Gym was clean and sufficient for a quick workout. My sheets were a bit scratchy and shower towels were average, but everything else was comfortable. Well worth the price. Shuttle drivers were friendly and punctual as well!

Close to the airport and very reasonably priced! Had the modified breakfast, which was fine. I'd much rather have their full breakfast, which is wonderful. Oh, and the coffee was great! Rooms were super clean, and the staff was super efficient with cleanliness. Thank you for a great experience! This is why I am a Best Western Rewards member.

Was stranded in Houston overnight and was trying to find a place last minute. In the middle of my chaotic night Best Western at JFK was a pleasant surprise. As another reviewer mentioned most of the other places in the area were booked, this seemed to be the only reasonable priced placed with rooms. Place is new with nice clean decor. The staff is also very very friendly. Sam at night was very helpful. When I called from the airport she checked to make sure that I could get contact solution. Also I told them to pick me up from the wrong terminal, had to call the airport back and let them know. They were very nice about it. I was grateful that both the driver and Sam were very nice about it. This was my first time being stranded I'm a city and I can see it having gone a lot worse than it did. But props to the staff at Best Western. Thank you.

I only stayed for one night, during a long layover at IAH. However, I thought that the hotel was very nice: the room was large, clean, and comfortable. Checking in and checking out were both easy, and the airport shuttle ran on time. No complaints!
