This was by far the worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever experienced. When we arrived the man who looked Indian did not greet us at all and by the way I was with 2 of my children. On top of that he gave a key card hold where he scratched off another room number and place my room 303 on top. Now heading to the room, there was a strong masculine cologne order, the paint on the walls were peeling, the smoke detector was ripped out the wall and cords hanging out, there were holes on the bedding, the towels was dirty and this wasn’t half of it. Me and my children went out to trick or treat in the nearby neighborhood and upon arriving back to the hotel there are numerous people in the front of the hotel exchanging things by hands as it look to be drugs. Go inside there a guy sitting on the couch with black shades on as he doesn’t belong there and no one at their front desk. Next morning I come out room because I hear housekeeping and asked who will get the garbage for room 303 and the lady responded she doesn’t know. So I sat the garbage outside my room so no one would go inside while I was down at breakfast. While I’m downstairs getting breakfast, there was no more water in the picture and I ask the lobby attendant that was cleaning up will they refill with water and she rudely says no very harsh. So there was a woman at the front desk and I informed of what just happened and she got up and was able to give me 2 bottles of water and refill the picture. So I headed back upstairs to relax and then started to get dressed for our outing and I’ve noticed as we were leaving out the car rental key is gone. I searched high and low for the key in that disgraceful room and could not find it. Went back downstairs to inform their housekeeper had to come in my room and get my key and to see to check the garbage just in case. The housekeeper supervisor said the person who had my room was a new hire and sent her home for the day early and made her empty her trash in the dumpster. I then had to call enterprise and inform of what all happened and they got a tow truck to get the rental car before someone comes trying to steal it and they got me and uber to get a different rental. I stayed out from that hotel until I got tired so I can just go in and fall asleep because I was going home early the next morning. Yet here are a bunch of thugs outside the hotel smoking marijuana and just hanging out in the parking lot. Then again the same man in the hotel lobby sitting around like the night before with the same clothing on like they are selling drugs in the hotel at this point. I’ve called the toll free number for a complaint because somebody needs to reimburse me for the stolen rental car key and next I’m going to get law enforcement involved with Better Business Bureau if it leads to it. Still waiting on the general manager to call.

The WORST SERVICE! We reserved through Booking.com and chose this hotel because it's said to be pet-friendly. We arrive at 4 AM and the SUPER RUDE guy at the reception just told us they are not pet-friendly and left! Booking.com tried to contact him and he just ignored them

I'm giving this a very low rating because the rooms where bad, I had nicotine bags on my walls, the carpet looked like it wasn't cleaned in years, the furniture had stains/ sticky substance and i don't even want to know what else. One of my coworkers found roaches in his room. The bathroom shower door was broken and wouldn't close correctly and missing hardware. The level hallway smelled really bad like sewer. I definitely don't like doing reviews but this one was just over bad.

The rooms were clean sheets toilets & all, however the first room we were assigned to the door was broken you could just push it open & it was awkwardly arranged. They did upgrade us at no extra charge & the room was much better arrangements in design was a relief. The staff was the most enjoyable part about the stay they are the only reason I would even consider staying here again. I will say it could use some renovations. If that was to happen then this location would be 4.5 star rating for me the .5 off due to the trash surrounding the area & the kind of people who hang around in the near by parking lots & establishments. Note.. the hotel itself was very clean. I do want to mention the staff even kitchen staff was by far the most enjoyable

Great accommodation option. Neat rooms and great service. Our move out was delayed a bit but they agreed and even gave water for our trip . Location is a bit inside the road but there are great options like gas stations, Wendy's etc nearby.
