This was a great hotel to stay at the front counter in the evening time. Very nice. Young lady, we stayed there to go on a cruise. The next morning, and they allowed us to keep our vehicles on-site. They also allowed us to eat our catered food downstairs in the breakfast area. And we also shared with the staff. We will be back to stay here again. It's in a convenient location, right down the street from the Airport and lots of shopping.

Nice location, great quick shuttle service to and from the airport with a friendly driver. Nice breakfast and the gentleman at the front counter from Louisiana was beyond professional and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be the doors slamming down the hallway. They desperately need to have air door stoppers. It's a small fix that would help increase the quality of sleep.

Room smelled of smoke from previous guests. Was overall clean. Some wear shown on furniture and broken tiles in shower. Biggest complaint of our visit besides smoke smell was the windows are super old and thin. The noise from planes wasn’t an issue but the noise from the busy street below made it hard to sleep.

Roaches! Roaches! And sheets with smoke burns in them! Woke up to roaches not only one in the bed but on the floor as well. The white sheet you can tell someone was smoking and burnt a hole and they just reused it! We were only offered a $50 refund and that $50 we paid to check in early. It wasn’t apart of what we actually paid for the room. Won’t ever return there again! Rooms smell like mildew. Like the air conditioner filter needs to be changed or something.

Room was very nice and clean. Airport pickup service and driver was very friendly, professional, and hard working. Front desk was very friendly and professional. FREE Full Breakfast was very yummy.
