Best Western Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport Inn

Excellent location near the IAH airport and long-term parking lots. The rooms were recently renovated, but the floors were sticky, and the wooden blinds were not blackout, so the parking lot lights lit up the room for the entire night. We had a 6:50 flight, and breakfast started at 6:00 a.m., so we did not have any to-go breakfast options. The bathroom and bedding were very clean and obviously new. They offered a shuttle service, which nearby hotels advertise but do not offer. It is not perfect, but I will definitely stay here again. It is the best option offered nearby. Edit: I stayed here again. The elevator is inoperable. Breakfast is very limited and only from 0600-0800. Waffles, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt. No fruit. The room at the back of the hotel is much darker than the front so if you want a darker room, request a room facing the back. Definitely the cleaner, safer hotel in the area. But not worthy of 5-stars. Third time staying here and my room was worn. Elevator is still inoperable. Shuttle was a 30-minute wait at 11 pm. Breakfast hours are now until 0900. I booked and pre-paid online with a gift card and then was charged the full room rate upon arrival after I was told my credit card was being used as a hold for incidentals. I called Best Western and have to wait a manager's response or submit a dispute to my credit card company. Overall, not worth the hassle.

Good location. But that's it. Room was musty smelling. Walking in the room you get that ick feeling. Elevator broken. I have bad knees so I had to go up stairs with my luggage. Shower water pressure bad. Floors are sticky. Breakfast was cold. Not a wide variety of options.

We booked our rooms through Expedia. Initially booked a reservation and cancelled it 5 minutes later after realizing the dates were wrong. Rebooked with the correct dates. Checked in and the Staff stated we still had 2 reservations. Informed her that we canceled and she was rude, stating that we still had to pay. Ended up having to email her the cancellation email from Expedia. Staff was extremely rude, floors in room were sticky and gross, and the elevator was broke down. Had to carry 3 heavy suitcases up the stairs.

Not the best, but most definitely not the worst! Good stay for the price-we rented 2 rooms for one night to be near the airport for an early flight. The stay was fine; the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. During the free breakfast, juice, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, breakfast sandwiches, and coffe was served. Nice/convenient stay for the price!

If you're high maintenance, you won't like this place. But if you need a cheap place stay, this will do the trick. It's clean enough, lots of security cameras, and offers a shuttle service to the airport. Didn't bother having the breakfast because it's only available from 6-8am. The mini fridge and microwave were very convenient. The reason I took off a star is because the comforter didn't smell clean. It smelled dingy.
