Best Western Heritage Inn

I have stayed here twice now. I will continue to reserve a room.with this Best Western anytime im.in Houston. The staff is EXCELLENT!!!! Rooms are always clean, breakfast is always hot, staff is always friendly and helpful. They have 1 spot for a truck and trailer to park. Willing to reserve the spot for me when I call in. I have brought my service animal with me in the past. They welcomed us both with open arms. Friendly and receptive towards Zues. Only had me fill out the service animal agreement just like ALL other hotels do. They even asked about him and how he was doing on my return visit. He was at home resting after being on the road for 4 months. Getting some needed home time and relaxation.

The staff are quite nice the breakfast was good but in the middle of the night someone took a sazaw or however u call it a mini saw and stole someone’s Cadillac converter and when the cops came to ask for video footage but not very surprisingly their cameras don’t work, and they have signs that it’s not their problem if something happens to your vehicle, it doesn’t have to be their problem if they would just have the cameras working, it’s ridiculous toothpaste to stay somewhere expecting the cameras to work so you know you are safe, but the cameras don’t even work it would be nothing for somebody to come in there and murder everybody in the hotel oh, but it’s not their problem because they don’t have camera cameras

I was honestly hoping they would keep my deposit as they threatened so my lawyer could follow through with a lawsuit. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else if you have the option. The front desk staff—and apparently the management and ownership—seem to think it is acceptable to prevent a guest’s family from stopping by. Eva, in particular, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Team members should never be on personal cell phones or taking personal calls in customer-facing areas. Before all of that, her nasty attitude when my brother stopped by to help me prepare for an event later that day was completely unacceptable. She informed me that the hotel does not allow visitors in guest rooms and that I would lose my deposit if my brother visited. This was during the day, and he was there for less than an hour. Additionally, this policy was not included in the deposit agreement, nor was it disclosed at the time of booking or check-in for acknowledgment. There was no signage posted, and she could not provide any written documentation. When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed one was unavailable but said she had called and confirmed the policy. They narrowly avoided a significant lawsuit. I will never stay here again. Although the property is listed as non-smoking, my senses are very sharp, and it was obvious the room had previously been smoked in. The elevator sounded as if it were falling apart. The location was convenient for my event, but it is in an area where you need to stay alert at all times.

I don't think it's right that They charge a $100 deposit from a credit card and don't accept cash for this payment. The breakfast is very basic; they don't have many options on their menu. It should be more varied. They only offer processed eggs, meat patty, waffles, cereal, bread, Folgers coffee and nothing else. The room was excellently cleaned; they left very little shampoo portions in a room for four people.

Hello, could you please change the breakfast menu? I stayed at the hotel for almost two weeks and all I had for breakfast was eggs and potatoes or potatoes and eggs. That's all I had for breakfast during my two-week stay. I would really appreciate it if you could change the breakfast menu.
