I had to wait through the front desk employee's break to check in. Then part of another break to check out. The employees were nice, but the wait was really annoying. The elevator was broken. Fortunately our room was only on the second floor and we only had overnight bags. The stairwells were not air conditioned. The linens and surfaces were quite clean. I've never encountered a harder mattress. Truly surprising every time I sat on it and it didn't give at all. There was a small roach on the bed when we came in. There was also one on the TV stand the next morning. The shower water pressure and heat was excellent. However, the shower stall was quite short and probably would have been a struggle for anyone over 6 foot. The towels were normal low-grade hotel towels. The sheets were polyester and very slippery. The room didn't smell great, but it wasn't too bad. The AC was adequate, but the room was unpleasantly damp. There was no fan in the bathroom, which is perhaps why. The breakfast was decent, clean, and well-stocked with plenty of options. There were a lot of people hanging out in the back of the parking lot. They may have been guests, I don't know. However, the hotel made it clear through signage and parking passes that security is a problem in the area. If I was booking last minute and I had no other simple options, I would stay there again. Otherwise, I'll look for softer beds and fewer bugs.

Horrible experience. Hallway and room had a horrible smell. Elevators not working, I had to use the stairs to transport my luggage. Bedsheets not cleaned. Had some unknown wears left behind in the clothes drawers (PIC INSERT). Floor had some stains, uncleaned. I had to check out ASAP in the morning. I Don't wish this for my enemies. Waste of my resource/points in making this booking. Luckily it was for a night as i had made a last minute booking without researching and reading the previous reviews here. HORRIBLE!

This Hotel far exceeded our expectations for the price. It’s location like so much of everything in Houston is in the middle of nowhere help ever a good included. Breakfast really helps. The staff especially Jackie were wonderful and treated us like we were the only people using a concierge. Our room was very spacious. Including a sitting area as well as the space for our bedroom. The bathroom was large and in good condition. Lots of hot water in the shower. Free ice, cold, lemon water and hot made to order coffee out in the lounge area all day long. Our room was very quiet and the staff kept all the public areas nice and clean. Our room was spotless as well. The sheets were high-quality and had ample pillows to be comfortable.

Had a great experience and stay. No disruptions and easy access to all the shops and eating places which were great. Very clean. Treasure at the front desk was just that, a treasure. She helped us anytime we needed it. Thanks Treasure!!!

Stayed 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned. We had to go and ask each day and still nobody showed up. They just gave us clean towels and told us to throw the dirty ones in the hall. The mattresses were the worst I've ever seen. There was a spring coming through one. Homeless person sleeping near back door in the hallway and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Tried the pool and it had mold and minerals in it from not being properly cleaned Literally worst hotel stay ever Ive stayed in best western in many states and have never seen anything like this before Attached pics of pool, pool chair (only one they had) and of the breakfast. The next day they had sausage gravy with scrambled eggs and the same sausage links. Not sure what it was for
