I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it met my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. Housekeeping did a good job, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, gas stations, and main roads. While the hotel is not luxury, it offers good value for the price and is suitable for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. I would consider staying here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

I mean... it's dirty. Wouldn't even sleep here, if you're looking for a bed for a couple hours, it does the job, and its cheap. But its filthy, multiple roaches when we were only there for a couple hours. Convinced they never clean the place, first room we got had dirty sheets, transferred us to another dirty room but it was somewhat better bedwise... Customer service was fine and polite.

The sheets were very dirty and gritty. The sink was stopped up. No remote for the TV. One of the worst rooms I ever stayed in.

Choose this place after speaking with a MALE manager. I booked a room with 2 beds, 2 beds...it was to assure that my daughter, who went to Houston before me, so she would have a place to drop her bags and go to the blood drive for Metallica. She went down on the bus. I was to come about 10 pm to grab some sleep. The female manager argued with my daughter about the inn only having one bedroom left, and she had let Experian know, and she had to either take it or leave it. NO BODY GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME. the Uber was waiting for my girl, so she had to drop her bag and go. I tried to reach out to the management myself before calling Experian. She did not want to budge and blame my daughter and Experian. NO BEST WAY INN MANAGERS WERE AT FAULT AND RUDE FEMALES. 1). BAIT AND SWITCH. 2). FALSE ADVERTISEMENT 3). THEIFT OF SERVICES 4). THREATING BEHAVIOR 5). Scam When my daughter was checking out, the female manager was still argumentative, by tell her Tell your Mom, to stop calling Experian" I called once, so if they kept calling you, it was you chance and choice to treat your clients / customers with respect and turn this around. Not fight my child or telling her to go fight your battle and go against God's word and disrespect me. I didn't go that night to Houston. Why would I.? Not when I did not have a bed. I still have not received word about a rebate, refund, or any other option, and now it's too late. You're in Texas. I AM sure there is still the hospitality course, "Texas friendly spoken here." I suggest you find a way to assimilate into the American culture and treat the people that live here with friendliness and caring. Note, I didn't jerk my payment back or have my bank ro stop payment. I don't treat you that way.

It appeared they didn't clean rooms after tenants leaved. When I entered the room, bedding was messy, soaps were used, towels were very dirty, dead roaches on the floor. Yes you get what you pay, but this was worse than the cheap hotels in third world country. When I complained the stuff told me Expedia will contact them and they will agree to refund. No they won't refund. Don't fall for it. Very filthy and unsafe. I hope to contact local authority for this.
